The room doesn't look the same as the picture it self . Very disappointed ☹️

room not so big or not to small quite okay for Amenities shampoo with body wash with coffee water heater kettle. services quite okay but too slow because old man handle it. other things okay. telephone not functioning.

My 2nd time stay, now become favorite hotel due to the greatest location. Shopping at Pandaeyes & dining is everywhere. Just that this time we took double deluxe room. Should go for family room next time..more spacious.

This hotel have a great location, it located at bukit bintang area which near jalan alor. Very convenient walk to find food, and just walk around to sungei wang, lot 10, pavilion area. Hotel staff very nice. Bed nice too

Have stayed there many times, it's safe and clean

It was very noisy at night, the room was very small, it was difficult to turn around, and the hygiene was a bit poor. My room had an extra bed, and I didn't know what the extra bed looked like. I didn't take a photo, it was very bad, the quilt was a thin, old and dirty quilt, and I didn't put on a coat. Alor Street is right next to it, so it's convenient for eating.

The location is very good. I stayed for two nights and asked friends to stay for two more nights. The hotel is on Bukit Bintang Street. You can see lot 10 at the entrance of the station. The largest Alor Night Market is behind the hotel. The subway station is no more than 100 meters away. There is only rock music on both sides of the street at night. The hotel facilities are a bit shabby and the attitude of some service staff is not very good, but compared with the location of the hotel, it is tolerable.
