I recently stayed at the Park Royal Collection KL, and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, with a modern yet welcoming atmosphere that immediately made me feel relaxed. My room was beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately clean, with all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

We requested for 2 baby cots for 2 rooms 2 nights upon booking. However, when we check-in, they said no more baby cot available for the 2 rooms. We informed them to reserve the baby cot for the 2nd night. Again, there is no more baby cot on the 2nd night. I was wondering if they had reserved any baby cot for us. And this caused trouble for my younger kid to sleep who already gets used to sleep alone on the baby cot. And we all couldn’t sleep well at night because the baby will keep waking up at mid night. The 2nd con is the breakfast, the restaurant is rather small and cannot hold too many people at the same time. You have to wait for quite a while to be seated if you go breakfast after 9am when many people will go at the same time. I will think twice for next booking with this hotel.

Almost a perfect stay, with some room for improvement. First, the positives - the hotel is very well located in the heart of the bukit bintang, a short walk from the Bukit Bintang Monorail and MRT stations, and all the usual malls and eateries. The lobby is nice, and it feels spacious (though less so than the neighbouring Parkroyal). The room is also very spacious and well equipped, even with a washer and dryer (no washing powder or detergent provided, so BYO). In terms of cleanliness, I found 2 long strands of hair (not mine) on the room floor when I just entered. I find this a little tough to forgive since they clearly had ample time to clean. I arrived 2 hours before check in time and was told room isn't ready, and the room was only provides at 3pm (their standard check in time) - I can only assume that this means housekeeping would be done thoroughly but this doesn't appear to be the case. The other parts of the room, including the bathroom, were clean. The only other dim spot is the breakfast - a little disappointing considering the price point and number of stars. The only proteins offered were streaky beef (beef 'bacon') and hardboiled eggs. I saw some people served omelettes and I don't know if there is a separate charge for that, but in any case this option was not offered to me nor was I asked. The view from the breakfast place was at least nice. Overall, I recommend this place if you manage to snag a bargain. Otherwise, your money is probably best spent on the other amazing hotels in the bukit bintang area.

On a recent birthday staycation, I stayed at the Pan Pacific Service Suites Kuala Lumpur, and it was an incredible experience. The staff's friendly and considerate treatment made us feel very special from the time we arrived. They went above and above to make sure everything was ideal, even surprising us with considerate birthday decorations that added even more special touches to our stay. The apartment had all the conveniences of home plus a dash of luxury; it was roomy, exquisitely decorated, and immaculate. Overall, the hospitality was outstanding and the experience was amazing. I highly recommend Pan Pacific Service Suites Kuala Lumpur to anyone seeking a sumptuous and restful getaway.

The location is good, and I booked a one-bedroom suite with a king-size bed. After checking in, we were ready to relax in the bathtub, but we discovered that the water was yellow and brown. The water from the shower and the basin was also brown. I called the reception to report the issue and waited for 20 minutes, but no one came to assist us. After calling again, an engineer finally arrived. He ran all the taps for more than 40 minutes, but the water remained brown and yellow. It was already midnight by that time, so I requested to change rooms. It took a while for them to respond, and eventually, they informed me that the room next door was empty. We moved to the next room, which had two single beds. They didn't offer any explanation or help us move our luggage to the new room. After wasting one and a half hours running the taps, we were left with no resolution by midnight. This was a terrible stay.

Wonderful hotel and super friendly concierge staffs, hotel was strategically located in the centre of Bukit Bintang - just 5mins from Lot 10 shopping mall and food centres, 12mins walk to Pavilion shopping mall where lots of restaurants around a walking distance. The hotel was super clean, branded toiletries and bath products, and a comfortable bed too.

Hotel is new and clean. Reception is small. Parking space is quite narrow. Close to shopping centre and walkable to BTS and Bukit Bintang. It was my daughter’s birthday and they decorated the room with balloons, cake and a very thoughtful hand-written card. I would love to stay here again the next time we’re in KL. Absolutely recommended.

This has been several times I stayed here always satisfied with the service and their amenities are very complete.

The location of the hotel is excellent, it connects to many shopping malls within the Golden Triangle of Jalan Bukit Bintang! You surely will not be disappointed in finding food to eat! I will definitely return here next time when I visit Kuala Lumpur!

Our 3rd time staying in Pan Pacific SS KL. It’s our first choice whenever we visit KL. Location is great. Service is great. Breakfast is great. Gym is sufficient and available to use 24/7❤️ Room is huge and cosy, aircon is cold, bed is super comfy🙂 generally clean! Recommended for couples and small family:)

Third time staying here and it is always a pleasant stay. Concierge was able to meet request for dual-key apartment and allowed us to check-out at a later time. Service was great and the rooms given was really clean :)
