Grand Hyatt Hotels in Kuala Lumpur

The slightly overweight gentleman at the front desk who handled our check-in was incredibly kind. We arrived at the hotel around 9 AM on an early flight, and he helped us store our luggage, promising to email us once our room was ready. I received the email around noon, confirming the room was prepared, which made us very happy as we badly needed to catch up on sleep after a late-night flight. When we returned, we went straight to our room with the key card, and our luggage had already been brought in. When it started raining as we were leaving, the concierge very thoughtfully offered us an umbrella. A big thank you again to all the staff. We booked a Tower View room, and the view was excellent. The hotel lobby and restaurant both offer direct views of the Petronas Twin Towers, and it's only about a 10-minute walk there.
