Nice small hotel in the very center of Krakow. Restaurants and Café nearby. Public transport just around the corner. Market place 3 min to walk. Street nois in the morning 6am.
There is no elevator, but the waiter returns to help carry the box to the room. The surrounding area is very convenient, daily necessities supermarket, Chinese restaurant, Japanese food store, walking to the central square, Waville Castle can be.
In principle, my assessment shows the quality and convenience of rest! ;-D))
In our room, the mini-fridge for cooling drinks did not work and since in Krakow it was quite hot (+29-30*C), this circumstance caused some discomfort!
There was one difficult moment in search of the hotel - not geographic (Google cards worked perfectly), and practical - we arrived at the hotel in 21.00 (already dark and the street lighting at the hotel is not available, In addition to this label with the hotel name, the hotel is not highlighted and part of the building in which it is located is hidden behind a thick bush-wood landing, which makes it quite difficult to find the hotel when you have not previously stopped in it!!! When settled at daytime, these circumstances would not cause difficulties as the hotel 's label is well viewed.
I wish I'd read more reviews on other platforms as what I experienced was common and longstanding. It looked good on paper and was affordable. The first room 107 was at the back with a blocked view and air con that didn't work. After 5 hours a/c at 18 but still at 27 in the room I felt like I was suffocating and got moved (3am). Second room 403 great view but curtains cream. Lit up all night. Then light with dawn. And trams outside along with church bells mean you have to be a great sleeper (I had an eye mask and earplugs but to no avail). All rooms have 2 single beds together and 2 single duvets which I personallydont like. It's definitely not 4*. The location was decent but a schlepp to the old town. Good tram connections.
Loved the place. Right next to the central train station, which also had a huge mall and supermarkets near by. Close to old town. The apartment was spacious with a kitchen, including a microwave, stove for cooking, utensils, plates and fridge. The room was slightly warm (perhaps because we did not know hot to operate the AC) but it was alright. The bedroom was facing a road and could get a little noisy at night when people walked past/ loud cars went through, but it didn't wake me up or anything. There was also ample space in the closet. The staff there were also very helpful and nice during our interaction. Would recommend.
Perfect location right in centre of the city, very accomadating staff who let us check in eventhough it was after midnight, rooms are very big. All in all, a decent place to stay for pertty cheap.
No breakfast is ordered, and breakfast can be enjoyed at cafes, bakeries, and fast food restaurants near the apartment. The location is very convenient, walk from the train station to the store for 6 or 7 minutes, but pay attention to the direction; walk to the entrance of the old city for 5 minutes. The staff at the front desk of the apartment was very warm and friendly. The 4 bed room was booked. There was WIFI in the room, heating, clean and the bath water was big enough. But the other conditions are too general, the door panels are basically not soundproof...

YYuliia V.It was the best hotel experience I had in Krakow. I am going to return to this hotel again and again. Located in the heart of Krakow, thr hotel was close to the Old Town (approximately 5 minutę walj to Rynek) and Kaziemierz Quater. There are many shops, bars and restaurants around it, so it was very easy to find a nice place to spend evening. The hotel is very clean and tidy, food was great, the room was spacious. I will return again for sure!
GGuest UserA great location, all the places are available in the foot walk. Close to the station and the Kraków Gallery. The room is not big but clean. The only thing is the refrigerator didn't work. Wi-do worked well.
