Centara Hotels in Krabi

We have always been a fan of Centara brand of hotels. We have stayed in Centara Anda Dhevi Aonang a few times and it never dissapoint. It is a nice hotel to stay, although the location of the hotel can be a bit far out from the Main Street area. It would be good if you have a car or bike to run about. Otherwise, the Main Street is about 20-30minutes walk one way. But it is away from the noise - bikes, boats, crowds. It is a charming hotel in the area of Aonang.

I had a great experience staying at Centara! Check in was quick but we had to wait until after 3pm as our room was not ready yet. Room was comfortable and very spacious but a little noisy as we were facing the pool area, not really a problem for us. Buffet breakfast had some different variety each day and Ao Nang beach is right next to the hotel and a short walk to shops and restaurants around Ao Nang. Would recommend and will stay again next time!

We came here for a family trip with children! I only recommend this hotel to those who want to relax and enjoy themselves. First of all, the hotel is a bit far from the port, so you have to take a water taxi for 20 minutes and 1,200 baht. To get to downtown, there's no road, so you have to take a long detour to the beach next door (a 20-minute walk). However, the nearby restaurants were all delicious, and there were small shops and cafes, so we had a great time! The staff were all friendly, and the breakfast, while limited in variety, was delicious. The view from the room was as good as anywhere else. 🙊 Only a downside: on the second day of our two-night stay, the key card didn't work, so we had to go to the lobby to re-register. Once during the day, while I was sleeping, the staff unlocked the key card and let me in without a note. I don't know why, but I left quickly, so I didn't have time to ask. 😡
