The hotel was very clean and tidy. Its staff were very friendly and attentive especially with our 93 year old mother who was encountering walking difficulties. It could be much better if its services operated 24 hours a day, especially those of front office. Ms. Uu, one of its receptionists, was exceptionally good and very helpful. She could find a masseur from outside when our mother needed a massage service.

The room smells a bit musty, and the faucet is also loose. Maintenance needs to be improved! The food in the restaurant is mediocre, the breakfast options are few and not hot enough! In fact, if there is a small flow of guests, it is recommended to make a breakfast set to avoid wasting food! It's still acceptable for just one night. The only good thing is that there is a free mini bar.
