The hotel was very clean and tidy. Its staff were very friendly and attentive especially with our 93 year old mother who was encountering walking difficulties. It could be much better if its services operated 24 hours a day, especially those of front office. Ms. Uu, one of its receptionists, was exceptionally good and very helpful. She could find a masseur from outside when our mother needed a massage service.

Quiet, shady accommodation with a swimming pool The room is clean and beautiful, but the view is not beautiful because there is a resort in front blocking the view The hot tub has a slow flow of water. It has been open for hours and the tub is not full. The water heater does not control the temperature well. Sometimes it is hot, sometimes it is cold. Breakfast is normal. On the second night, ants entered the room. It was not yet 9 pm, so a staff came to spray for ants. After 9 pm, the staff went home.

The room decoration is well done. You can lie down and admire the view of the mountains and trees. The smart TV has a large screen, perfect for lying down and relaxing. The room I got when I arrived was very good. I have a lot of ant problems. Causing you to change to another room. Which looked a bit older and the bathroom smelled.
