Nice swimming pool and cute hotel, worth of money

Chaya Hotel in Tanjung Aru offers a pleasant and comfortable stay for travelers. best hotell near to tanjug aru beach & library.. hotel very clean the housekeping very good and very humble..the receptionist also very good and nice.. my kids very enjoy the pool and rooftop very nice view..

The hotel location was superb. The room well maintain, clean and comfortable

1. No xtra towel for replacement, hotel got ngam² only? 2. Full house parking all the time with limited space, pls check in early 3. If u cm for pool, pls check availablity b4 stay or else u'l gt upset if its close for maintenance

good value for money, everything is perfect. the room very nice and clean. the checkin and checkout process smooth. definitely can repeat to stay again at here

Everything ok. Everything good. Room clean and big. I like this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the beach (15 mins walk) , airport (5 mins drive) and plaza tanjung aru for miscellaneous stuff. Room is spacious and cosy and the staff was quite attentive to inquiries. Just that we had to pay a deposit of RM 100 per room despite paying full amount.

Room is clean but further out from the city area

Location good, hotel bath room not comfortable.. Bcouse.. Tub too high, to step... To use it..

The view is really nice. The beach is near.. But a bit far from the city center

First time booked this hotel by this website.Unfortunately the room we booked look quite dusty and the bed sheets are not clean. please prepare a clean blanket sheet. everything else is ok
