Clean room, basic toiletries are provided, would've been better if slippers are provided. Overall ok, and many places to eat nearby.

The room was suites for two person and the receptionist was really helpful and friendly. Would love to stay in here again in another trip. The price was also reasonable due to strategic locations in gaya street. Lots of new cafes and restaurants, also near suria sabah mall and kk plaza.

The place was very strategic and easy for the travellers to stay and explore the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Perfect for solo traveler. Great location & eateries everywhere. No icebox nor iron/ iron board in room. Room not soundproof & bit smaller for 2 person. 10 or 15 minutes walk to Suria Sabah mall. Might want to buy your own drinking/ mineral water, only provided 1 bottle.

Stay in superior single room. Ruang besar dan sangat selesa. Channel tv pelbagai, xda masalah since stay untuk kejap jak. Tandas bersih, tekanan air sangat kuat. Overall bilik sangat memuaskan hati.

Excellent & comfortable. Near to gaya street Sunday market and easy to access so we can easily to get snacks or something.

Suitable for business trip. Location wise, best!!! You can access to everywhere but town area is so much jam almost every hour. Everything looks great but room is a little small.

Cozy hotel unfortunately I did not manage to take picture. Choose room facing Gaya road not the main roads.

Booked this hotel as a pit stop before headed back to Ranau. Room was cozy and quaint and location was great - near to the mall and shops! They provided full amenities as well despite being a budget hotel. 5 stars!
