We stayed one night at Kingsman Boutique Hotel, a cozy 2-star property in Kota Kinabalu, before heading to Kundasang the following day. It was adequate for a short stay, with all essential amenities provided. However, there is no lift on the property, which may make it unsuitable for individuals with mobility issues. Additionally, the hotel does not offer free parking; we had to download the Sabah parking app to pay for parking fees.

For me this place okay and save for parking but public parking but still nice for park and this room no comment cause everything Okay . See youu again hotel🥰 Recommend

Everything ok staff very responsive and helpful.Toiletries you can bring from home or buy from nearer shop.Bathroom wall transparent.

The hotel’s location was great, as there were nearby convenience stores and food stores. The room was great, and the staff are all friendly.

The cover for the shower/toilet is not using a fully frosted door means you can see what people are doing inside of it. There is no lif and when we enter the room we were quite shocked that there was curtains but there were no windows. False hope. The girl in the counter also does not cater to our questions properly. It is encourage to improve you interactions with customers. Also as suggestion to the hotel, please buy the coupon for the parking as the parking needs to be paid. Ease the matters for your travellers/stayers at your hotel. We bought the 10 tickets at the Majlis Perbandaran hut but we only used 1 coupon. When we went to visit other places, they did not used this coupon. We cannot buy only 1 ticket from the MPKK😅. What a waste of our time and money. Another suggestion is do also provide 1 fridge for communal used as this hotel does not provide fridge inside the room. Thank you.

I brought my son to the chess competition in Wisma Sesb. It is walking distance. It is also near to the Imago, by taxi is around RM 9-12. The staffs are very friendly.

Worth the money with the size of the room and facilities that are provided.

I just notice this is a new budget hotel, there's no lift and has to use stairs and for car parking you have to purchase and use coupon. Overall, i still had a good time staying here plus the receptionist is very polite & keep up the good work. Thank you

Very good hotel.

This hotel is very clean and quiet, good located (less than 15 minutes walk to KK sentral, 20 minutes to IMAGO or CENTER POINT shopping mall). The staff is very helpful and friendly. We had to catch a flight 6.30 AM. The night receptionist called a Grab taxi for us. It was my favorite hotel in KK.

good place to stay for 2-3 nights but the location is a lil bit secluded.u need to book grab/taxi to go to the town

Get compound by DBKK because this hotel don’t have its own parking for their guest. This hotel is not suitable for those that travel with their own car.
