We stay there just because the pool...but unfortunately the pool only open until 7 pm...maybe the hotel can extend the time until 8pm or 9pm...gonna stay there again in future ..

Lovely hotel, above a mall which has a supermarket on the basement floor called Hannah’s, also has a subway and Burger King in the mall, they have a pool and a gym (only some of the equipment is working) also I wanted to use the sauna but it was broken and weird how both male and female Saunas were broken so was really disappointed as we only were here for one night and wanted to make use of all facilities!

All ok... downside is the parking is very high to drive in a mall.

Avoid this hotel! First of all, the location is very remote. The taxi driver was very surprised why we booked here. The area is old and shabby. There are a lot of bugs in the room. My friend was bitten. When we asked the hotel to deal with it, they directly shirked the responsibility and said that bugs could not appear in the room. We were all so angry that we laughed. How could we bring bugs from Semporna? In short, the location is bad, the facilities are bad, and the hotel service attitude is particularly bad!

Everything is good. The infinity pool is not big but not crowded. I saw a clean pool but the water quality is not particularly clean, so it's okay. Although it is far from the city center, there are many restaurants around. There is a small shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. There is a Kolo Mee near this hotel. Compared with others, I think it is quite OK

The room is clean and the surrounding is quiet

The hotel environment is good. The main door is a bit difficult to find at first. After entering and taking the elevator, I found that the hotel is quite large. The room is also very clean, quiet and spacious. It is a very nice hotel for people who are traveling on business or tourism.

The location is far from the airport, there are no tourist attractions around, and it is basically full of locals. The equipment is also relatively old, the decoration is similar to that of a guesthouse, and the air conditioner is a bit noisy at night.

The sanitation is always not cleaned. I stayed for several days and the sanitation is bad. It doesn't make much difference.
