Good hotel.Jotel been well upgraded. Look new. Reception frarah excellant. Meet director of room Bernard, amazing guy and wealth of knowledge, humble and good public relation. Room 830 only issue was TV all the channel need to adjust or fix screen not clear (running line).Young Bell boy with spetical amazing(selfie photo) . Good knowledge on local area.. I love your rain shower wonderfully cold water shower the best among other hotels. Did not have any photos A I am return guest. See you soon.

Nice. Got 2 bedrooms studio apartment. Suitable for long stays. I only stay for 1 night so quite comfortable. But the aircond leaking make the comforter wet. But overall so goodddddddddddddddddddd....got to book when it's cheap. Sometimes got cheaper than other hotels near. Sometimes too expensive. Choose ur time we'll when booking. Ok that's all tenkiuuuwww kateyyyykiiiii.

Plus points 1) good location, next to many eatery options, a self 24hr Laundry is behind the hotel, and 2 convenience store walking distance. 2) i booked a 3 room unit, super big unit! 1500 sqft or more i think, bigger than my condo. 3) friendly staff. 4) simple but delicious breakfast 5) nice view from balcony, and near to jetty to island hopping! (See pic below) Bad points 1) hard to park, no hotel parking, have to find nearby public parking spot.

During arrivals/ checking in time, the front desk does not so welcome or sense of friendly gesture. It’s too robotic.. The room was nice and clean the bed is comfortable too. The breakfast food was great and delicious especially the nasi lemak sambal! That was my highlight. We saw a waiter at the restaurant but doesn’t do the table cleaning.its so messy and we have to clean the table by ourselves. Please improve more with these customer services.

Front desk service is best, friendly with most smiling face, always greeting and friendly chat to customer, bedding matters a bit soft and some spring is not well in condition, but ovell room amenities is good. However, I really wondered why a 5 stars Hotel the restaurant all size plate, bowl, even cups are so so oily, sticky, food mark, stains on almost all pieces of them, I keep on looking for more clean one but sad to said is no one is clean, really very sticky and oily, hope the restaurant can look serious on this matter, I can said I never seen such dirty plate, even I go to 2 or 3 star hotel, the plate is more clean then Le Meridien, but food and beverage is good, I love the service can custome order our favourite fresh fruit juice and coffee

Hotel grandis is the best hotel I have ever stayed in kota Kinabalu this is my second time stay at the hotel. Before I have stayed in Hilton, Mercure, Hyatt but still I feel grandis is more comfortable because of its location, easy access to mall, big rooms, comparing other hotel like Hilton, Mercure the rooms are very small no bath tub or sea view. We book a deluxe room in grandis we had a sea view, the rooms are spacious, bed is very comfortable my kid enjoyed the bath tub, perfectly organised room, swimming pool and gym also available at the roof top. Good thing is that they have paid parking, buffet breakfast was pretty decent,easy access to Suria Sabah mall.

I have never stayed as good as 5 stars hotel such this Hyatt Regency in KK. Starting from reception, buttler, and front desk- all are so good in order. The receptionist who check me in was very helpful. The room perfect. Hot water is good, room is very spacefull and stunning. The decorations are just perfect, migh be Merry Chritsmas is coming. Just next time, maybe i will stay sea view. Better as have great view of KK ocean view.

The location is a bit far from the city centre but easily accessible with car. The BEST part of this hotel is they have parking for the guests. The room is spacious and clean. The checkin process took around 15-20 minutes. But checkout is very fast. They have cafe, gym, swimming pool. They provide basic amenities. BUT the bathroom cleanliness need to be improve. The sink, toilet seat and the bathtub got mold on it. The ac is not cool enough and the ceiling fan is not working or maybe it just a decoration ? I tried to contact the front desk but no one answering. No slippers. The iron board needs to change.

Hilton hotel was the best hotel in Kota Kinabalu. The room was cleand, comfy and smell so good. Swiming pool quite huge and fit to many people at once.

Second time staying here. This time I had the chance to explore the surroundings and the city. Hotel is still in pretty good shape. Hotel staff absolutely wonderful: polite and friendly. Hotel room is super clean - and I got overly happy to find out that one of the earring locks I had dropped was found by the cleaning lady without me having to ask!!! The hotel is close to a night market with many delicious food stalls and great restaurants with fresh sea food, cafés and supermarkets like Servay and Bataras, and even to polyclinics, in case you need. On my last night I went for a foot massage in one of the parlours above the building on the right hand side and wow! This is definitely my place to stay in KK!!!
