A good inexpensive family hotel. Very cool location, first coastline. On which there is a cafe Kobana, very cool. The territory is not very good, you can say no. From the outside the bungalow does not look very good, but inside it is decent. Wi-Fi is normal. In general, the hotel corresponds to the price, but wins due to the location and the gorgeous beach. The hotel has only 6 houses and very few people, nearby shops and cafes are not expensive

Very quiet. The downside is that there is very little light and the beach front is dark.

Bring a foreigner friend to stay for 3 nights, not worth the price at all. Friends complain a lot, not straight at all. First day, the water in the pool has a bottom of the pool. Water for the third day. Breakfast must go to eat again. Never come again. This place is very shabby. The staff said they were going to renovate.

Stayed at the White Knot in Jan -24 for 5 nights and even if the hotel isn't especially old (5-10y) it's quite run down on the outside. Don't let the pictures fool you it looks nothning like the pics. The "pool" should be called a foot-bath since it's really small, noone uses it. The reception was unmanned when we arrived and the staff hardly knows any english so took a while before we where able to check in and get our rooms. Beach is so-so with quite alot of gravel and branches and leaves. Sun chairs? naa rather ordinary plastic chairs - we went to other beaches nearby instead. On the good side - apartments/rooms are quite cosy with a fairly big bathrom, clean and realtively high standard. Internet/Wi-Fi is really good, you will get european standards in the reception area (150-200Mbps) and around 25-40Mbps in the rooms - this is among the best i've seen during our 4-week stay in Thailand. All in all you're probably better of chosing a different hotel, there are quite many in the same price range that are alot better.

We stayed at the White Knot for 3 weeks and spent our main vacation there. We didn't regret it. The bungalows are very spacious and in very good condition. There is a great terrace and you can sit outside in the evenings and enjoy the peace and quiet. Absolutely perfect for those looking for peace and quiet, but you still have everything within walking distance. "Bui" our bungalow boy was also great. He always took care of everything immediately, cleaned the rooms perfectly and restocked everything. There were 2 bottles of water, coffee and shower stuff every day and enough toilet paper, which is not always a given. The only drawback: the supposedly private beach is not private. It was leased, which was very annoying for the bungalow residents. If you weren't there on time early, people from outside came and you couldn't even get a lounger from the White Knot. It's also really bad to be approached on the private beach that supposedly belongs to the White Knot and be forbidden to bring your own food or drink. You don't want to have to go to the bungalow every time you have to drink something when you're lying on your beach for 3 hours. So you are forced to go thirsty or buy expensive stuff from the tenant. One thing that could also be criticized: we were given bed linen that had lots of really disgusting stains on it. Normally I would never have slept in something like that, but the linen smelled really fresh, so we put up with it for the last few days. Otherwise, you can really say that these bungalows are really great accommodation and we really enjoyed our vacation. Our thanks go to Vorhalle "Bui" who takes great care of everything himself!!!!
