As I wrote before, I think that customers who stay for a long time will get tired of the breakfast service. Dishes that never change I went because breakfast was included when I booked the hotel.

The room was clean. Although the bath was crowded, I was able to relax in the large public bath.

酒店樓頂可以泡温泉 去的時候趕上了酒店鍋爐停用 沒有熱水 大家都去樓上洗澡 有點人多 其他都還好 房間相對寬敞 很不錯

前台服務態度很好，早餐挺豐盛的，有限量的高知特色鰹魚。美中不足是房間小了點而且隔音不好，但這個價格很不錯了。

モーニングがとても美味しいです！焼きたてワッフルや手作りプリン、かまぼこトーフなど美味しいものがたくさんあります。 ウツボのお茶漬けや土佐茶など地元のものをいろいろ食べられるのもとても嬉しかったです。 最初にチェックインするときにオーガニックのスキンケアセット(小袋4つ)をもらえたのも肌の弱い私には大変助かりました。 ただお部屋には空気清浄機も加湿器もなく乾燥しているので、私は喉をかなりやられました。 私自身はあまり気になっていませんでしたが、一緒に泊まっていた同僚はハウスダストアレルギーが反応して鼻水が止まらなかったので、同じアレルギーある人はそれも注意です。

部屋タイプ、本館と別館があり、よく分からなかったので直接ホテルに電話をし、本館＝新館との説明を受けました。それを確認して実際、本館を予約しましたが、訪れてみると、旧館の方を案内されました。 抗議をすると、謝罪はありましたが、旧館の価格での予約だと説明され、新館にするには差額が必要とのことで、仕方なく支払いました。 事前に電話で確認しているにもかかわらず、その対応には、納得しがたいですが、揉めるのもいやなので、差額を支払いました。 でもやはり、モヤモヤは残ります… サイトで、誤解を招くような表示をすべきではないと思います。 朝食は皆様書かれているように、クオリティの高いものでした。全てを食べられなかったので、連泊したいくらいでした。 新館のシングルはかなり狭さを感じました。 お風呂は、どこが展望？という感じです。 洗い場が3箇所、これは少ないのではないでしょうか？ シャワーのカランの、出しっぱなしを防ぐための自動戻し、過去イチでの戻りが早く、驚きました。あっという間にお湯がストップして、流石にこれはちょっと使いにくいです。

他の方の口コミでA館、B館がどちらが新刊、旧館がわからなくてB館にしました。 A館が新館でした。明らかに新しいです。 お風呂、朝食会場共にA館です。 次はA館に予約しようと思います。 B館は古いですが 綺麗に掃除されてました。 心地よく利用させていただきました。
