It was so cozy place :) but sometimes the elevator bottons don't work well

The hotel room is very tiny. The breakfast selection was limited. All hot dishes, such as scrambled eggs, sausages were all gone 1.5 hours before the end of the breakfast session and there was no refill. Must visit German Corner.

The room look exactly the same as the photos. Parking is nice if you go by car. I really recommend it

The location looks like a suburban area. Not far away to the train station, but inconvenient to any major attraction. Very small room will old facility. The toilet and shower are in different units which makes each of them extremely small and inconvenient. The bed is very old: a lot of noise when sitting on the bed. The front desk staffs are not friendly: we (three families) arrived in around noon but were unable to check-in: we were simply told that the check-in time is 3:00pm and we needed to wait. We requested to have 1 of our 3 rooms first for storing our luggage, but were not allowed. We went out to have lunch and came back at 2:50pm. But we were still unable to check in. The check in opened exactly at 3:00pm with many people waiting in the lines. Obviously they have rooms available but refused to provide any flexibility/convenience to the customers. Besides, the staffs' attitudes are very cold.

Actually felt insecure there

I booked a single room and was very happy to have a double room with a modern bathroom and fridge. A late check-in (via the box + pin) worked great.

The location not far from the train station is ideal. The room is simple, clean and equipped with everything you need.

The location of the hotel is pretty good, less than 10 minutes' walk from the train station and passing by a large supermarket where you can replenish food. Breakfast is 15 euros per person. Since I brought my own food, I only ordered a cup of coffee. Overall exceeded expectations.

The hotel is located opposite a residential house, and you can hear the conversations of the residents opposite. The room is spacious and provides capsule coffee, and there are delicious HARIBO gummy bears on the bedside. There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy drinking water and fruits. Although the house price is a bit high, we can still accept it.

The staff was super friendly! They checked us in in advance and patiently answered many questions~ The room was not big but very clean~ It took about ten minutes to walk from the station~ We didn't have much luggage so it was OK

The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center. The room is large, very clean, and well-equipped. The front desk staff is very friendly. You can reserve parking in advance, which is cheaper than on site.

Used when going to the Christmas market in Cologne. It was a short walk from the station. The person at the front desk was kind. There was Haribo service.
