Perfect, in a very classy area of Kobe, next to the center. Very kind personal and very clean, nothing to report !

It's close to Sannomiya Station and the front desk is open 24 hours, so it was okay to come back after walking around late at night~! However, I had to go up the stairs to the front desk, so it was a bit difficult to carry my suitcase up there. Other than that, it was nice and the cleaning was very clean👍

THE HOTEL IS WELL LOCATED, CLOSE TO THE SEA, THE PORT, YOU CAN TAKE A WALK IN THE EVENING. IT IS ALSO LOCATED ON THE STREET OF FAMOUS BOUTIQUES AND CLOSE TO THE STATION. THE ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS, THERE IS GOOD FURNITURE, COMFORTABLE BEDS AND NICE PAJAMAS. THE STAFF IS NICE, THEY QUICKLY RESPOND TO QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS. YOU CAN LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE BEFORE CHECKING IN.

The location is pretty good. Arc'teryx is downstairs. There is also a bicycle store. There are all kinds of small cloths and accessories. Montbell and Pata are a few minutes away. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sannomiya Business District. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sannomiya Pier. The room is quite big. There are welcome snacks. A travel set of Pola shampoo is also given.

It was easy to find as it was straight from the concert venue. They let me store my luggage for me which was helpful. There was no water in the room and only minimal amenities, but there was a convenience store nearby and I was only staying there without meals so it wasn't a problem. I felt that the stairs up to the front desk might be a bit steep if you have large luggage.

Clean, tidy, a good place for business trip or tourism! There are big-name specialty stores all around, so you can do one-stop shopping!

The location is amazing, it's very convenient to go to Montbell and Arc'teryx. The only downside is that the room I stayed in only had one very uncomfortable pillow with basically no height. It costs money to add a pillow and a towel. After thinking about the price, I put up with it.
