Centurion Properties in Kobe

Both the hotel facilities and the guest room were exceptionally clean, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were consistently polite and friendly, leaving a great impression regarding their service. Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade from a semi-double room to a King room, which I truly appreciated. This thoughtful gesture made my stay even more spacious and relaxing. On the other hand, while the amenities provided covered the basic necessities, I found them to be somewhat lacking compared to other hotels in the same price range. Nevertheless, my overall satisfaction was high, and I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the opportunity.

First off, this location is a bit out of the way, if you intend to stay close to the downtown...you have to take the ”Portliner” a few stops. No issue for me, but did not realize this when I booked. I chose it because of the onsen / sauna, and I was very satisfied: this was the best sauna / cold tub I had in Japan (so far). Was hotter (and colder) than anything else. The actual hot-tub was good too, but I focus on sauna ＞ cold tub cycles more than anything. Rooms are new and look good, if not a bit small. As expected. Stay for a night if you are on the fence...use the onsen...have a coffee-milk afterwards. You'll feel great. Rooftoop bar / restaurant was nice as well and very friendly staff!
