Good service from the staff, free flow drinking water and near to the walking street. There are mosquitoes in the room however the resort provides mosquito coil & spray. Recommended!

It's an absolutely fantastic hotel. The boss is very understanding of human nature and is able to approach the hotel service from the customer's perspective, handling every detail meticulously. For instance, offering complimentary refillable bottled water not only addresses the inconvenience of purchasing water due to the hotel's remote location but also solves the issue of operational costs. Beach towels are changed daily. The reception speaks three languages: Chinese, English, and Thai, enabling them to understand the hotel staying habits and lifestyle characteristics of different ethnicities, taking into account their needs in detail. The isolation of the rooms is also excellent; initially, it was assumed that wooden houses would have ants and various insects, but the sealing turned out to be better than expected. Additionally, after check-out, the staff takes the responsibility of transporting guests to their next hotel, not just dropping them at the entrance but also assisting with luggage to the reception of the next hotel.

The hotel is in sunrise beach , the breakfast is good and enough . I joining snorkeling trip and massage, those both bring me the great experience. The people are friendly and providing good service.

Great place to stay. Very clean, lovely location and friendly staff. Free bikes and snorkeling gear. I give 4 stars only for amenities as it was low season the restaurant wasn’t open for lunch or dinner. It’s open for breakfast though. I would just go to Benny’s next door for healthy food and drinks whilst relaxing on the beach. Would stay again.

Just ok

I have been to Thailand for eight or ten times. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There is no other hotel that costs one or two hundred yuan. I have also stayed in hotels that cost one or two thousand yuan. I have also stayed in this hotel. I really don’t know where the courage comes from. The 400 yuan hotel also charged 100 yuan for the child’s extra bed. The 500 yuan hotel is not as good as the 50 yuan big car inn. After entering, it is dirty and messy. It feels like a hotel opened by a very poor person, who is almost dying of poverty and is crazy about money. The road surface in the hotel is like a wilderness, and it has not even been paved. The small broken house is not good enough. After entering, the power went out for five minutes, and it was cut off at any time three times. After talking for a long time, the boss lady changed the room. The boss was unwilling. In fact, the changed room was the same, small and broken. It’s just that the room given at the beginning is not habitable at all. It is not a place for people to live. The later room can barely live. The boss lady is so *******, she doesn’t even have basic courtesy, let alone service. The breakfast was terrible. I thought it would be bad, but I didn't expect it to be so bad. It was just fried rice, a few pieces of ham, a little fruit, and an omelette. Anyway, it was really dirty. I didn't want to eat it. It was said to be at Sunrise Beach, but there were boats all over the door of his house. It was very messy. There was no scenery and no beach to speak of. The beaches in other places were great, but his house had nothing. In addition, the water in his house was yellow and smelly. I was so scared that I didn't dare to take a shower. I didn't dare to use his water to wash my face and brush my teeth. It was very disgusting. I booked a basic room at his house, and it cost 400 yuan per night. Even so, there was no water in the room, not even a bottle of water. It seems that only if you book a more expensive room at his house can you give one or two bottles of water in the room. My God, I think the owner of this house is going to be poor and powerful. Living here is the biggest failure. It feels insulting to my intelligence. Why did I book such a crappy hotel? I wanted to slap myself, it really ruined my travel experience. I wanted to sleep on the street instead of staying in this hotel. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night, thank God...

The room is clean, and the location is only a few minutes away from the pedestrian street. The facilities are complete and the hygiene is OK. After all, it is an island. The service is very thoughtful. The proprietress can speak Chinese, which makes communication convenient. The breakfast is quite rich. In particular, this resort hotel is very environmentally conscious. The drinking water is two sports bottles, which can be taken from the restaurant's water dispenser. The room location, environment, hygiene, and service are all very good, especially the lady at the front desk is very friendly. Disadvantages: The water in the room stinks, it's like the water in the stinking ditch, I almost vomited when taking a shower, I dare not use that water to brush my teeth or wash my face, I use mineral water

This hotel is very special. It is different from the big group hotels. It is more like a B&B hotel. It is better because of the closeness to nature. It has various activities such as kayaking, snorkeling, sea fishing, and horse and chicken killing. There is a floating boat at the door. Scuba diving is also great and you can see a lot of sea urchins.

The boss's service is very good, but the facilities are too bad. The water is yellow. Except for the view, the room looks like a hotel near the train station for 80 a night. The electric wires are still exposed. The scenery is really beautiful.

Cozy family resort on a wonderful beach. Very simple, but has everything you need. I liked that there were metal thermoses for refilling water instead of the daily plastic bottles. Very comfortable pillows and mattress. Breakfast is basic, but you can fill up, please add a station with vegetables and leaves.

The hotel facilities are relatively old, especially the wet and dry bathrooms are not separated, but they are relatively clean. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the taste is okay. The location is excellent. It is very convenient to go to the sea. You can go to the pedestrian street to eat and go to the sunrise and sunset beaches. There is no pick-up and drop-off provided, but when we changed hotels, they enthusiastically helped us contact the next hotel to pick us up.

The breakfast is simple but tastes good. Sunrise Beach is right outside the door. The boss is very enthusiastic and can provide free snorkeling tools. Kayaking is 100 an hour. Charter boats can be provided for fishing and snorkeling at relatively favorable prices. The room is cleaned every day. Will come again!
