"Located near Alona Beach, it's a bit of a trek to get there, and the small path leading to the entrance is uneven and bumpy. Upon entering, the place feels more like a guesthouse with a small courtyard featuring a mini-pool where a few people can relax and chat. The room itself is a decent size. The bathroom has cement walls, which I assume is an intentional design choice for a specific style. There's no complimentary bottled water, but they do provide a pitcher of water. Overall, it's a pretty standard stay."

"This is a decent resort with good value for money, perfect if you're using it as your sole base in Bohol. It's a notch below a typical resort in Sanya, China, but still offers standard five-star hotel amenities. What sets it apart from Sanya hotels is the excellent snorkeling right off the shore. The hotel provides free life vests, so even kids can enjoy it (safety first!). There are plenty of fish in the water, and you can easily find starfish – in fact, we later realized starfish are quite common around Bohol. If you're looking for more diverse marine life, you'll need to take a boat further out. The breakfast buffet is standard, with a good variety, and always features at least one roasted meat daily. The lunch and dinner restaurants are a bit pricey for what you get, though the dining environment is lovely. There's also a quiet rooftop restaurant on the fourth floor above the guest rooms. Given its location near Alona Beach, a fairly bustling area, you can easily order food delivery to the hotel lobby via apps, and there's a shuttle service to Alona. Being close to both the airport and Alona makes it an ideal first hotel in Bohol. You can then use it as a base to book sardine snorkeling and island hopping tours, even directly through Ctrip."

"It was definitely a resort with a great pool in the best location in Bohol. However, the old facilities were disappointing, and the breakfast and dinner buffet service that did not match its fame were quite poor. The room felt old, but it was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the bedding was good. However, the bathtub in the bathroom. Seriously... It took a long time for the water to drain, so I couldn't use it at all. I heard the dinner buffet is famous... I even added unlimited drinks. The system is astonishing.. It's just a buffet, but I couldn't take as much food as I wanted. The restaurant staff took the food with an expressionless and insincere attitude.. They grilled seafood skewers one or two at a time... I couldn't eat even one for an hour.. You can't even get the common salad fruits as you want. You have to wait in a long line to get a few pieces.. At breakfast, you can eat pineapple freely, but at night, you had to wait in line to get a few pieces. The unlimited drinks are also... If you go to the beverage corner and order beer or soda, they will pour you a beer or drink in a large bottle. ㅜㅜ It's not in the refrigerator, and when the large bottle of drink runs out, they pour a new one and fill it up. The word unlimited makes no sense, so I just had one drink and left. However, the pool was really nice, and the pizza and beer I ordered from the pool bar were the best. The beach was good for children to play, but when you come out of the pool to the beach, there are a lot of locals trying to solicit customers. ㅡㅡ It seems that 90% of the guests are Korean families. Most of the staff They were friendly. The staff you meet in the hallway greet you with a bright smile. However, the female staff you meet at the reception when checking in and checking out seem to be tired of the crowds... I felt like they were quite unfriendly. Not all staff are like that, but... I was disappointed. I think I'll think twice about visiting again. .. The location and the nice pool are good enough to cover up all the bad points ^^"

"The hotel is about 10 minutes away from Alona beach. The surrounding area is very quiet. The hotel staff are very friendly, but the hotel facilities are old. "Satisfaction! I stayed with 2 adults and 1 infant. The flight arrived at 10 pm, so I found it while looking for a cheap hotel on the first day. Overall it was small, but it was good for the price. It was a garden view room on the second floor, and the terrace was pretty. I didn't use the pool and I was thinking of moving to the next accommodation, but when my child had breakfast, he found the pool and wanted to go in, so I used it. One side of the pool was very shallow because the child's chest was high, but as it got deeper, the other side seemed to be almost 2 meters deep. There is a steep slope in the middle, so be careful when using the pool with your child."

"I would give all 5 stars if not for one small and very annoying circumstance: We asked to take our things to dry cleaning, but the hotel didn’t have one and the administrator took the things to another place - the things came back spoiled, with stains that now cannot be washed off. I’m even glad that some of the shorts from the general set of clothes were not washed; at least they were not additionally soiled. And the cost of dry cleaning turned out to be much more expensive than originally stated. Overall, the hotel is wonderful, the owner answered our questions with pleasure and was always open to conversation. The staff is top notch. The hotel is small with cool rooms. I would especially like to note the design of the rooms - done with taste! It's nice to be in them. No living creatures or insects were found in the rooms. A few scout ants don't count))) From the hotel to the main shopping and restaurant street it takes 10 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by transport for 100 pesos. The beach is still a 5-minute walk away. A big unexpected plus is the presence of various board games and a place where you can spend time with a group by the pool. By the way, the pool is clean and comfortable. I recommend it to everyone who comes to visit the sights of Panglao and Bohol. This is not for those who want to lounge on the beach. Except by the pool. Breakfast - a choice of several options (Filipino, American, pancakes, porridge, etc.) - all tasty and satisfying. Thanks again for the warm welcome! The hotel is definitely worth the money!"

"Cleanliness: booked 4 rooms + 1 villa. only 2 rooms available when we checked-in. we came back after eating out & opened another rm but found an xtra wooden bed stuck in the room as if it was a storage room + moldy hanging rack. we were able to exchanged room but my nephews said there's lots of insect flying. my nephew woke up with a swollen left eye. my 5 yr old niece & I fell down on a slimy floor in the villa on our 1st day Location: close to Alona beach but a bit far from the main road. can rent their transport service with a very affordable fee Service: very good & quick service. friendly, smiling staff who responded to all our concerns and request positively and quickly Amenities: nice, good size pool, equipped with smart clear projector overall: With improved housekeeping, Belles Homes can significantly boost guest satisfaction and i will recommend for good service, friendly staff"

"Definitely better than Mad Monkey! Unlimited juice and coffee for the entire duration of your stay. There is always something to do. Buffet breakfast is only Php 300; plated is Php 150. Menu is not extensive though but do try the pork ribs. A short walk to the highway is a 7/11 and some restaurants. You have to book a ride to get to Alona Beach but with Grab and Maxim operating there now, that should not be a problem. You can also book tours with them. I didn't because the goal was to just laze around: read a book, sleep, eat, repeat. The female dorm room for eight ladies has two toilets and two shower rooms. Pretty comfortable and spacious. I will stay here again."
