"The room was quite satisfactory, and the service was also good. Although the projector could not be used, the customer service was actively solving the problem, and the projector might be fixed before the next wave of tourists checked in. The biggest complaint was that on the first floor, the balcony door opened directly into the grass on the roadside, and the privacy was relatively poor. It was necessary to lock the doors and windows and draw the curtains when checking in at night. I hope that in the future, the hotel customer service can inform tourists in advance before they check in."

"Facilities: The room was well-designed, with a ventilation window in the bathroom and a large balcony with a clothes drying rack for hanging clothes. The washing machine was very useful and washed clothes very cleanly. The hair dryer was also new, a Xiaomi. Cleanliness: Very clean, no issues. Environment: Fuxian Lake is stunning. A must-visit is Yading Park, just a few hundred meters away, for incredible views. Service: Excellent. They picked me up at the door on an electric scooter and took me to my room."

"The eldest sister and the younger sister who cleaned were very good. I arrived early at the time, so they rushed to help me clean up the room. But I still want to say, pay attention when cleaning? At least don't put the towel in the same bucket of water after wiping the toilet, and don't wear the gloves to touch the sheets and quilts... I stayed for one night and the two were very enthusiastic when they cleaned, and let me stay in advance, so I didn’t change it, but I really didn’t dare to touch the surface of other furniture in the back, and I didn’t say it in person. After all, maybe the aunt in the hotel really doesn’t have this awareness. But if it is other more particular guests, it may really give bad reviews or complaints, so I hope the store still pay attention to this aspect."
