"Exceptional apartment style rooms that is convenient and ofter all the amenities and tools you will need as a home away from home. Our one bedroom suite had on-suite washer and dryer (even hotel's at Hangzhou didn't have dryers), disher washer, fridge, and full stove/oven. All the dishes and detergent were provided and replenished daily. Housekeeping even did my dishes on days I left them in the sink! This hotel is conveniently situated at the city center of Kaiping and most things are within a short walking distance. I found this hotel after having stayed at and leaving another that was unacceptable. TingFeng Hotel staff was in the middle of giving their fourth floor a deep clean and I was able to witness first hand their pride of stewardship of this hotel. Not only did Reception ensure we had the exact room to meet our needs but they went over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special shout out to the exceptional leadership and great attitude of Cindy at the front desk. I was accompanying my elderly mother back to Kaiping to visit family and have not been back in Kaiping for over 20 years. Along with many of the other concierge staff she help to arrange much of our itinerary while in Kaiping. We felt very safe and secure with her reliability and responsiveness to our needs. Thank you, Cindy! You are truly exceptional and your level of service can be set as bar for any five star hotel world wide."

"Enjoyed my stay (2 nights). Rented a bicycle and went to several of the small villages nearby. The room is modern and large. Free of mosquitos. The bed was also comfy to sleep, with the sounds of the frogs in the rice fields. Plenty of eating options and small supermarkets in walking distance. I’d return if I ever visit the area again. Highly recommended."

"Had a great time in the 4 x singles bed room. Neat,clean, plenty sockets, good bathroom, warm shower, good towels. In the middle of Ting kou, a heritage village. Basically a living museum. Little local restaurants, convenience stores and coffee shops nearby. Even a hotdog stand, kids happy. A beautifully restored granary, insta ready. We rented their bicycles to get to the film city and Zilicun historical village with the diaolou towers."

There is a light on the top floor of the homestay, which is very eye-catching. It is also convenient to find at night. The homestay is in a row of village houses, about 2 or 30 meters away from the parking location, very close, the road to enter is flat, and it is difficult to bring a suitcase in and out. The village is very quiet and comfortable, but there are no shops around, even **, breakfast can only be bought by the store owner, the taste is quite satisfactory, but not lost.
