"Both the service and breakfast are very good. The location of the hotel is also convenient as the airport and shopping mall are nearby. However, the car park of the hotel is too narrow which is suitable for small cars only. There is also no direct access between the hotel and car park as the only entrance of the car park is outside the hotel."

"The hotel's interior design is distinctly palatial, and whether it's to your taste is entirely subjective. However, the comfort, safety, and cleanliness of the rooms were impeccable, at least for this price point. The overarching feeling after our three-day stay was one of complete peace of mind. The three Caucasian staff members who assisted us at the front desk were exceptionally friendly. Having just arrived in Europe, I was initially a bit nervous speaking English, but the calm politeness of a handsome young man and a kind older gentleman immediately put me at ease, making each conversation progressively smoother. Only one older gentleman seemed a touch refined and perhaps a little aloof, but his conduct was certainly not offensive. The location is superb. It's just a 5-minute walk to the central train station. The Old Town and the UN headquarters are both about a 15-minute ride away, and the airport is 30 minutes. There's an abundance of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. (While many hotels near the train station offer similar benefits, a unique advantage here is that Tram Line 15 stops directly in front of the hotel, providing easy access to many key city attractions.) One minor, unexpected drawback was that directly behind our annex building lay a dozen or so railway lines extending from the train station. From early morning, we could indeed perceive faint noises and vibrations. However, the sound insulation of the room windows was remarkably good, so it didn't impact our sleep quality in the slightest. Nevertheless, those particularly sensitive to noise might want to consider this when booking. Requesting a room number starting with 1 or 8 (all rooms in our annex building started with 9) should help mitigate the railway noise."

"A hotel worth praising. The sanitary services are very good. The room has a small open kitchen. There are two supermarkets next to the hotel, both closed at 19:00. Parking is convenient, public transportation is also convenient, there is a No. 6 bus at the door to go to several famous attractions in the city. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Geneva."

"The hotel is right behind Zimeysa train station, direct train to Geneva main railway station. The hotel is close to airport 8 minutes drive (no hotel shuttle bus). However if you take train, there’s no direct train, you have to take to Geneva main station and change train (1 stop) to Geneva airport. The train frequency at Zimeysa train station is once every 1 hour so plan your trip properly. The hotel is new, spacious and clean. I had a comfortable 1 night stay. Location is quite secluded, no food establishment around other than the restaurant in the hotel."

"We had a lovely stay at Kipling Hotel. Our room was wonderful - a spacious corner room with a beautiful balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the station. We were touched when Guest Services left us a sweet honeymoon note and chocolates - such a thoughtful gesture! The only problem was our key card kept deactivating. Over the course of our week-long stay, we had to get it fixed at least five times. Despite this issue, we really enjoyed our stay."

"The room was large and quiet. Talk to the front desk and they will let you check in early if you arrive early and check out late. There is a light rail station right outside. It is also very close to Geneva Central Station."

"I booked this hotel again because I had previously found the value for money and booked two more two-night stays. On the night of check-in, I changed my flight and immediately booked two more nights, making it a total of four nights. We were given connecting family rooms, which was quite convenient. However, on the morning of the 16th, two staff members knocked on our door and asked us to change rooms, saying they were already booked. We had to make the change within an hour. Ctrip customer service also contacted the hotel to try not to change rooms because we had too much luggage and it would be inconvenient. Furthermore, we hadn't been notified in advance, and we were about to leave. Even after half a day of communication, it was still unsuccessful. It really ruined my day."

"Room is clean and comes with the convenience of a small functional kitchen. Bed is comfortable. Location is excellent. Close to the fountain jet, train station and shops. Very quiet as well for the inside facing room we had. Staff are helpful. Recommended"

"Overall very warm, booked a double room with a kitchen. If you are not used to eating Western food, you can go to the supermarket to buy some food and come back to yourself. The disadvantage is that the front desk is not 24h service. We can't check out at the front desk because of the morning flight. The converter plug we borrowed is ready to be returned to the front desk, but no one. So I put it in the room. Later, the mail received the bill and directly charged us the cost of the conversion plug... Everyone returned to China, and it was no good to contact the hotel again. Can only be planted, but his morning croissant is very fresh and delicious!"
