Good hotel and room

Very bad I will never book this again ! they took my my money by fraudulent way I booked this hotel room I tried to call them 15 minutes before to 9:00PM check in time they didn’t answer because I was getting late 2 or 3 minutes to check in time they took my money with no refund I was so tired i travelled for 11 hours than I stayed in car park for 2 hours than later on I booked another hotel Marriott hotel very comfortable with the same price in paramatta beautiful clean, and excellent communication not suggested at all he may know now who I am !

The room is nice, the coffee is good, the breakfast is good, it is safe and clean, I will go there again next time. The room is very big and great, you can have a BBQ party and enjoy the view

The environmental facilities are very good, the service staff are very good and have Chinese service, the price is very high, it is hygienic, clean, natural and harmonious. The manager is also very nice. One day during my week-long stay, I couldn't book a room online. The manager arranged a room at a price that was not higher than online. I highly recommend it to friends who are traveling by car!

The hotel is clean and tidy, a very good experience

The environment is good. It is the only hotel near Killara. It is clean and hygienic. The price is acceptable. You can walk to the train station. There is free parking and plenty of parking spaces.

Accessibility is a bit poor and the road there is dark. There is not enough parking space. Still, I was satisfied with the convenience store nearby and the facilities and cleanliness of the accommodation itself.

Facilities: Shang Xin Hygiene: linens and bathrooms are clean and tidy Environment: nice, quiet Service: The front desk is friendly and the service is OK Location: A few 800 meters from the train station, a bit far from downtown Sydney, but in the same area, the hotel has good value for money. There is a 71 convenience store and many restaurants nearby, which is quite convenient.

No soundproofing, clean sheets, toilet not very clean, check-out at 10 o'clock, late check-out costs 20
