The hotel is beautiful, but it’s a bit run down. The sheets and towel are clean but toilet require an update.

Nice and simple hotel for your simple needs and right in front of the beach! Nice pool in front of my room for a quick swim. The service is great and breakfast is delicious but a la carte so no wasteful buffet here! Overall a great place to stay in Kep if you are on a budget.

Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual pretty good, sometimes requires patience but they are always helpful,to reception is poor and always has been but wifi is fine,pool is still clean and in great spot with views, moto rents are cheap and it’s a lovely ride to the crab market around the foreshore about one kilometre away, there are plenty of fancier hotels in Kep now but if you like location, views,close restaurants and reasonable service this one is the best hands down!

Best view hotel and good service but with a little bit old accessories in room

This is our second time to stay at the hotel. The beach directly opposite makes for a lovely morning swim and the hotel is a short walk from the Ekareach bus stop in Kep if you are coming from phnom penh. Staff are friendly and their pool is clean and has a nice view.

I forgot my ipad there and the staff retrieved and kept for me.

Very cozy and comfortable room. Clean swimming pool and nice architecture design around the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Many street food and small cafes around the hotel. Beautiful open view on the sea from the window. Definitely will stay here once again.

The location is really good. However, other than the good location for the price, there are many shortcomings to give it a high score. The breakfast and amenities are also low compared to the price. It would be better if the price was lowered a little.

Very good, sea view room, right outside the door is the beach, there is a bar downstairs, it is on the same street as the seaside, there is breakfast, Western breakfast, cost-effective, not bad, I will come again next time, stayed for two nights, there are more Western guests ,fine
