Xiyue Haoting High Altitude Hotel Reviews

STAY AWAY! if you want to have a peaceful travel in Chengdu stay away from this hotel, because of them i almost left Chengdu early and almost hated the city but turns out there are so many other hotels with much better service and clean rooms. I went there not expecting much but with a very positive attitude and from the first interaction there were some red flags i ignored, dont be like me. Almost eveything that could go wrong will go wrong here. They managed to create more inconveniences and problems for me than necessary. i ended up checking out early because of the constant intrusion and rudeness. They can`r arrange a room service, they will blatantly lie to you for no reason, they will indeed invade your privacy and try to enter your room or send other guests to your room to check in when you are already there, they are extremely rude and unprofessional. There are lot of other hotels in Chengdu with much better location, rooms and services. Please save your money and time to avoid this place at all cost. Also please read the negative reviews and see how they reply to those reviews. its mostly them defending themselves rather than acknowledging their wrongdoings and improving themselves. The rooms smell like cigarrates all the time, especially when you turn on the heater/AC. The view is also pretty bad since all the rooms are facing a back alley. The rooms don`t look like the photo, the furnitures are pretty bad and the overall atmosphere of the room is very cold and uncomfortable. There is a kitchen but you can`t use it since isnt any dishware or cookware nor any single use utensils.
