Very good hotel! The room is large, well designed and easy to use! The front desk staff are very professional, answer all questions and are efficient. I will stay here again if I have the chance. You can see Mount Fuji from the room!

The price is reasonable and it's comfortable. I have no complaints about the air conditioning or the room. I'm grateful that there's a convenience store on the first floor. I'll stay here from now on. However, there's no extension number for the front desk, and no instructions on how to use the phone. Also, filling the humidifier with water is extremely difficult.

It was very clean and very nice. There was a Lawson store right next to the hotel, and you could go directly from inside the hotel, so it was convenient for shopping. I would like to use it again.

We booked two rooms, one for my husband and I, and one for our son. The children are older and cannot sleep together. The bed in the king-size bed room is only about 1.5 meters, and the bed in the twin bed room is only 1.1 meters. It is a bit difficult for two adults to sleep on one bed. The only regret is that this room does not have a triple bed.

I am here with my husband. We have been here about 10 times. The rooms are clean and convenient, everything in the hotel is there. Not too far from the station and close to the shopping mall. I think the staff at the morning check-in counter should be more friendly. But the cleaning staff are excellent and speak very well (they are foreigners).
