It's perfect. It was remodeled and opened in 2025, so all the facilities are very, very, very clean. I also thought it was very sensible that the pillows consist of one memory foam and one regular pillow, and there were no water stains on the bathroom or sink. It's in a castle, so taxis can't go to the door, but it's not far, so the location is great, and the washing machine and dryer are free to use. The shower is also new and very clean. I want to live here.

Outstanding stay. The best place to stay when visiting Kashgar. Hassle free. Conveniently located. Could not ask for more. Jason, Charlie, and Marina had all the answers at the front desk. Their English is impeccable. The restaurant is fabulous, with a terrific breakfast. I would definitely stay again.

What can I say: awesome place, awesome room, awesome hosts. Alyx is speaks little English but WeChat translate and other translate apps, helps with the English-Chinese barrier. Along with the extremely warm hospitality with his wife who made an effort to make me breakfast before my early 2 day tour at 8 am which is not part of the expenses, made my stay in Kashgar worth wild. With my little Chinese, we exchanged cultural experiences and it was like we were old time friends. He even patiently helped with booking a tour to Lake Karakul and to Tashkurgan, along with getting a border permit (where the tour company was harrassing him for extra info since they never dealt with a foreigner before) and which was unknownly in the Lonely planet guide but under Karakoram Highway section. Thanks for making my stay feel like another home - with friends rather than another business in another city for a female solo traveller.

This was my first time staying here. The waiter brought us dried fruits, Sprite, and snacks, which was a bit of a surprise. On the day of check-out, the front desk guy Kurban also gave us two dragon dolls. The front desk lady also helped to call a taxi, which saved me the time of going outside the hotel to call a taxi. There are two rolls, but your hotel only provides one roll, which is only half the size of the one roll in this store. It's a very small thing. A few other suggestions, I sincerely hope that the management of your hotel can see: First, this is the first time I see a so-called five-star hotel being so stingy with toilet paper. I don't know what happened in your management, but there is really no need to be stingy with toilet paper. Second, the lobby. There are two types of reception channels in your hotel, one for VIPs and the other for individual guests. Aren't individual guests VIPs? Third, there are only two bottles of drinking water in the room. If you want more water, you have to pay separately. The Global Harbor in your city defaults to six bottles. Fourth, the environment. Kashgar is very hot now. The air conditioner in the public area of each floor can be turned on. Anyway, the corridor on the 27th floor where I live is too hot. Fifth, catering. Your breakfast is really bad. Don't compare it with other hotels, just compare it with the Global Harbor in your city. You are really terrible. There are many other complaints. Good location! Hotel is next to food street and Kashgar Old town - a 20 minute walk from hotel. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful; while on holiday suffered a leg injury in an accident. Staff (frontdesk, housekeeping and security) at the hotel were attentive to my needs. Room.was clean and included TV, hairdryer, electric kettle, slippers, toiletries; shampoo, body wash, comb, toothpaste and toothbrush, tissue box, hand and bath towels!

A touch of super healing green in the ancient city of Kashgar. It is in a good geographical location in the ancient city, with lush greenery at the door. The ladies in the house are warm, gentle and considerate. This is the second day after leaving the hotel, but I still feel warm when I think of their daily smiles. The reception of the lady was also very thoughtful. On the first day of arriving in the ancient city, she gave a lot of Kashgar guides, where to eat and where to play. The breakfast prepared every day was rich and delicious. If I go to Kashgar next time, I think I will stay in Mu Se again! By the way, the coffee of Mu Se Coffee is also good!
