Not recommended to stay because amenities not complete, no bellboy, wifi was bad , except the view and the receptionist was nice.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed, I booked 4 rooms for me, family and friends . First time I’ve write worst review because What happened to us is really unacceptable. First the staff gave the rooms to us without checking it properly whether the rooms are clean , in a good condition, all set or not ! They gave room to my friend with the cracked window and broken AC , the air conditioner wasn’t cold at all, was too hot instead. If we didn’t complain they will just close an eye and leave it. Second the standard room was like a cave no window super stuffy while in trip.com said some rooms have window on that type of room but the staff refused to give us the rooms with the window . Third I noticed that they don’t change the bed sheet and covers of my brother room when they clean his room while we stayed for 4 days there can you imagine how dirty it is. especially they have 2 kids in that room. I upgraded My room to sea view room I expected my room with sea view but what I got is pool and restaurant view also the toilet paper in the washroom was almost finish which mean they didn’t change the toilet paper after the guests check out very unhygienic . Also no hanger in the wardrobe and when I asked the hanger they gave me rusty hanger. The management is very bad. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit karimun jawa .

The place is clean, the service is satisfying. The breakfast is delicious

Actually the hotel is good, I just had a bad experience the first time I stayed here, I ordered a romantic dinner directly from the CP of this hotel, I made sure it was private and didn't share with other people. But the reality is ZONK. On the day I checked in, I wasn't told that there was a single organ that wanted to sing near the pool. He was told how many hours it had been. Seriously, I paid a lot of money and it ended up being a rush, where lots of people looked at it, the gift was as good as it was, as if it had only been prepared that day, even though I had already booked a ROMANTIC DINNER A LONG DAY AWAY. It's not bad for the price of 1 million but if the service is like that 😥 starting at 19.00 - 21.00 he said, but tbtb speed up at 17.00-19.00 hadeh. If I don't say I don't accept it, I'll complain about having dinner at 17.00 even though I previously said 19.00. But apart from that, okay, it's a good thing to sell sea views. Please improve the service. I'm just disappointed that what should have been a romantic dinner moment, instead became a venue for people to look at, want to take photos and lots of people passing by. The dinner only lasted 1 hour and instead we asked to take the rest to our room. It would be a shame if you had to pay 1 million like that

Access to the hotel is not good

The View and amminities are very worth it. We're also feel so homy because their friendly frontliners and the food make us comfortable. Even though the distance from the city was quite far, but it was really worth it when we arrived at the hotel. Thank you Royal Karimun... Cant wait to have a trip for next year
