The most breathtaking view I have seen from a hotel lobby, wow. In summary these are the things which make this hotel a five star: - Beautifully designed and decorated hotel with an exceptional view from the lobby - interior design has carefully crafted using local products and designs - clean rooms, well beautifully marbled bathrooms - excellent gym and sauna steam area - staff are kind and helpful - walking distance to the local shops and restaurants Things I felt could be improved - The bed wasn’t comfortable for me Would I return again - absolutely 100%

This new hotel in Hunza is the jewel in the Serena crown. Such a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location!! The location is amazing. The staff are superb - well trained in every way. I cannot praise this hotel enough. It is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in. All the staff are such an asset to the hotel

The Hunza Serena Hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. It is a new hotel, modern and very comfortable. The facilities are excellent,I loved the swimming pool and was delighted with the haircut I received from the excellent barber! The food is varied ,beautifully presented and good to eat. The hotel has spectacular views and is well placed for exploring the Hunza valley. The staff throughout the hotel are extremely well trained, efficient and most importantly friendly! I can’t thank the whole team enough for making my stay so memorable A hotel that I wish was closer to home and I could visit again and again!

What style! Easily the best hotel in all of Pakistan! The service, the food, the rooms, the public spaces and the views! Exceptional! It’s difficult to describe the true magnitude of what’s been created here but congratulations to all - to stay here is such a great experience. The calmness and ease adds to the experience. We will be back in October with a party of 6 people to further enjoy this experience.

We spent 3 nights at this wonderful, brand-new hotel nestled high above the Karimabad Valley of Hunza. The hotel has a stunning, most picturesque view of the surrounding mountains. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, making this hotel as a “must stay” location for all discriminating travellers visiting Hunza. We really enjoyed our stay and wish to express our heartfelt appreciation to the staff who were all extremely courteous and attentive. Notable among the many wonderful staff that we dealt with, included Farah (the Front Desk Supervisor), Sheryar and Siddah (Front Desk Clerks), the efficient laundry’s Rehana and Farhana, our ever-polite housekeeper Rishma, and the Hotel Store’s Nadia and Yasmin. Finally, our thanks are due to Mohammed Deen, Sher Afzal and all the great breakfast staff at the Maraka restaurant.

One of my worst experiences, however it was a beautiful & luxurious suite but heavy disturbance by the noise of construction very next door, I called 4 times to stop it but to no avail, moreover I asked for a bandage as my feet got hurt on which the receptionist make faces, rude, incompetent & poor staff obviously the manager is at fault as he couldn’t trained his staff to be polite & hospitable.

Brand new hotel in Pakistan. Great finishings, decorated as well as Four Seasons with extra caring service. Once in a lifetime views. Yes, I think they can sell this brand new hotel to the Four Seasons. The hotel manager, Mr Ali made us feel extra welcome after moving our hotel stay from a misguided Lexus Hunza hotel stay. The restaurant had the best food during our entire stay in Pakistan, especially the beef pulao and the chicken briyani. The chef there is a true gift. The beef samosa in the lounge is worth ordering. Unce in a lifetime views. Yes, I think they can sell this brand new hotel to the Four Seasons. The hotel manager, Mr Ali made us feel extra welcome after moving our hotel stay from a misguided Lexus Hunza hotel stay. The restaurant had the best food during our entire stay in Pakistan, especially the beef pulao and the chicken briyani. The chef there is a true gift. The beef samosa in the lounge is also amazing. Only real area of important is the lobby lounge, limited menu, extremely slow service.
