It’s a very comfortable hotel to stay in Karamay on a business trip. The room is very clean and smart. The lady at the front desk is very nice. The service is great and the breakfast is delicious.

We drove a few hours to the Devil's City in Altay. It was already past 7 o'clock when we came out, so we decided to rest for one night in Karamay. I booked the Atour Hotel, but because it was Valentine's Day, all the twin rooms were full, so I could only book a double room. The room is large in size, the whole house is smart, the facilities are complete, and the hygiene is very clean. The front desk staff has a very good attitude👍Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, I personally appreciate that the hotel can give children free of charge. But there are no delicious restaurants nearby. There is a beef noodle restaurant on the corner. I drank a very salty soup🤦♀️ Disadvantages: The towels in the room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the dryer in the laundry room was not dry even after three times. I don’t know if it is rotten or there is something wrong with its operation. Late Night Porridge Road: I have never enjoyed this special item.

When traveling on business, I would choose the familiar Atour Hotel, which is as good as ever! The staff is warm and friendly, and the room facilities are also smart and clean. It has been cold these days, and the room temperature and water temperature are very good, thumbs up!!!

I have poor sleep quality, and Atour can satisfy me in terms of sound insulation and pillows. If I really want to find fault, can they replace the washing machine and dryer with an integrated one? I have to wait for the alarm every time I wash clothes. Very annoying.

It's simply uninhabitable. The hotel has floor heating installed, and the temperature is ridiculously high. The indoor temperature is 28 degrees, and the dry steam room is about the same temperature. It's extremely dry. The only solution is to sleep with the window open. It's minus 18 degrees outside. I caught a cold right after sleeping 😷

The hotel staff was very enthusiastic to help us choose, and also cooperated with us to make up a super exciting story to make the children happy, and then put the backpacks in the room while we were out, giving the children a big surprise. The next morning, due to the closure of the race road, my wife and the children had breakfast in the hotel. The children had a good evaluation of the fried rice. I estimated that the finishing time would be around 15 o'clock, so I asked my wife to extend the room for half a day. When the hotel front desk heard that we were participating in the marathon, they delayed the check-out to 17 o'clock without saying a word.
