Great location for touring around the lake with beautiful temples by a free bicycle. Nice snacks and drinks whole day in the lobby

Our experience was generally nice, the food was good, the place was comfortable and clean, the staff were helpful and kind. Me and my friend were generally happy with our stay there.

Room filled with cigarette smell, every breath I took gave me a headache I had to buy a room spray to save my trip, I suggest if the cleaner found it smelly they should spray the room before letting other customers in Also I booked 2 nights but the receptionist called me in morning after the first night to check out before noon without listening to anything I needed to call back to explain, not sure how their booking system works

In addition to the bathroom Everything else is fine Although it is a little far from the city, it takes less than 10 minutes to drive to Ruifeng Night Market. There are 3 parking spaces at the door. The overall service at the hotel was terrible. The room I was given when I first checked in was a room that had been used but had not been tidied up. It was very scary and I thought I had entered someone else's room. The service staff excused it as a system failure and the hotel room was being tidied.
