每次去新都橋玩必去入住的酒店。這次從理塘玩了一路到了這裏，八月底應該是淡季時間了，入住的人不多，訂了兩晚第一天門卡可以正常刷，第二天下午玩了回來門卡就不能用了，那麼熱又衹能去前台重新辦卡（前台工作確認不夠仔細呀）。第三天可以下午14點前退房，想着可以好好休息一下，再出發去塔公，結果卻被打掃衞生的人在11點左右催了兩次（給她講了我們的退房時間），酒店本來就沒有多少人入住，我們也是在退房的正常時間範圍內（一直遵守退房時間不會故意）。其它都還是不錯的，提出這兩個問題，也是希望不管是旺季還是淡季服務理念應該是一致的，畢竟競爭大呀。依然全好評。
