We loved this hotel to the point we would return to Kandy to stay here again! The staff were all friendly, helpful and professional, the hotel and rooms were all clean and well maintained and the food at both dinner and breakfast was delicous. Overall we loved out stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. *we also bought some jewelry from the shop in the hotel which was good too.

Very nice hotel, not far from Kandy's city center. We actually walked into town one day along the 2 lane winding road. The pool is very nice, there is a weight room to work out and a spa if you want a massage. Its very peaceful, has a nice view of nature and a nice little bar with some quality cocktails. If you are going to Kandy and you don't mind being a bit outside the city, this is a real good spot. I would post more pictures, but the site limits the size and its a lot of effort to shrink a photo just post it here.

Very big and weird hotel. Long walks from one point to another. It is not good for short one night stay purposes.

The hotel is located on a hillside, so the scenery is beautiful and it is surrounded by mountains, forests, and rivers, making it a great place for healing. The staff is friendly and the service is good. The guest rooms and the front desk are separated by a separate passage, so it is quiet and secure. The outdoor swimming pool can be seen from the guest rooms. The hotel is far from the city center, so you must take a taxi or tuk-tuk, and it is about 15 minutes away, so transportation can be inconvenient.

Stayed for two nights. The room facilities in the main building are relatively new, and the balcony is larger than that of the building near the swimming pool. It is also much more convenient to go to the bar without walking too far. The swimming pool is clean and sanitary. I spent two very comfortable nights here.

The hotel is located in the forest, blends in with nature and has a great view. The staff are kind and very attentive. Some staff members can speak Japanese.

The hotel has a large terrace, and a wedding was being held on the day we went there, which was filled with happiness and joy. There are lawns and big trees on the large terrace of the hotel, and you can also see the mountains in the distance. The service is friendly, American style, the swimming pool is large and clean, and there are not many people swimming. On the way to swim, I also saw a garden, which looked like a secret garden in the morning light. The food is very affordable and delicious, and the breakfast variety is super rich. It is the most cost-effective hotel in this trip to Sri Lanka.

The hotel is very beautiful. The lobby is bright, clean, and has welcome juice. Every photo is a painting. To check in, just sit on the sofa and wait. The hotel staff will collect your passport and go to the front desk. Then the staff will take you to the room. The hotel is like a botanical garden. The only drawback is that the facilities in the room are relatively old. Everything else is very good!

Ctrip's low rating makes sense 1. There are pitfalls in booking: When we arrived at the hotel, they said that we only booked 1 person, and if 2 people checked in, we had to pay the price difference, otherwise we would not be allowed to check in. We sat in the lobby for nearly 2 hours. The room rate on Ctrip that day was much lower than the price difference, so we asked if we could cancel and book again, but they said the platform did not allow it 2. Discrimination against Chinese people: Foreigners and Chinese people have welcome drinks, but we sat there for half an hour and were not given any, and the waiter pretended not to see it 3. The room is shabby: It has been open for decades, the room is dimly lit, the furniture is faded, the sofa is shabby, and the toiletries are cheap. The picture is the so-called best executive room 1000+ 4. Remote location: It takes 15 minutes to drive from the center of Kandy. It is a mountain road and it is not safe to go out at night. The environment is barely acceptable, but there is nothing to eat nearby, so you can only eat buffet in the hotel

The hotel is old, the rooms are old, the front desk lady is cold, and her English accent is not standard and hard to understand. The breakfast and dinner buffets are rich, and I met locals at the hotel wedding and was lucky to watch. The terrace in front of the breakfast is beautiful.
