It is average hotel. The location is good and convient

Location-wise, this is a good place… the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel right in the middle of Kampala. Everything is easily accessible. Nice big room with big bed. A window makes it a really nice room. Big bathroom with everything you need. Breakfast early is less, later it gets more extensive. Coffee was difficult.

The room is big enough, the front desk is super good, they helped me solve all my problems, repaired my eyes, arranged a tour guide and driver, sent water and knives to the room, I bought mangoes, the restaurant service is also good, the price is reasonable, and the cost performance is high.

Very comfortable, highly recommended.

Nothing special. There was no refrigerator in the room.

All aspects are very satisfactory, highly recommended, but they charge for airport shuttle bus, which is outrageous, and the room has no windows, which can also be improved.

Very good, I will stay next time
