Very good service and room is spacious. The hot spring nice and no one occupied The futon bed a bit hard to sleep, but overall nice place to stay Dinner is good and very full

Very good location in the sea side. and just walk near 10mins. to ferry where can join dolphin watching event and shopping etc.. Dinner including fresh sea food which very good taste. The bed room also cleaning and big size. Conclusion this hotel with higher CP value.

Facilities: Enough to meet the needs of family travel, young and old. Hygiene: Public spaces and rooms are very clean and tidy. Environment: Booked a sea view wine room, very beautiful sea view, much better than the general orientation. Service: Very authentic and very good. One night and two meals are great, dinner is high-end.

An extremely excellent hotel. All the staff have excellent attitudes. They take the initiative to pick up luggage, park the car, deliver luggage to the room, and introduce the facilities in the room. They are friendly and attentive. The dinner has a seafood theme, a feast of abalone, octopus, and seafood. The food is excellent and the restaurant is elegantly decorated. The bathroom in the room is huge, check out at 11:00, and the bathhouse is open for 18 hours, which is very considerate. The view from the room and bathhouse is excellent.

The room was clean, but last time I had a room facing the ocean, which was spacious and very comfortable, but this time I couldn't see the ocean from my room, which was disappointing. The food was delicious. Thank you. I'll come again.

The room is spacious and has a traditional Japanese hot spring hotel layout. The view from the room is very pleasant. I enjoy watching the sunset. The shampoo and conditioner provided in the room are very useful. My family bought two bottles of each to take home. The service staff is very nice. The hospitality was great, the dinner was rich, and the private style was very unique. I had a very pleasant evening.

The food was very rich, there was a small abalone, the dishes were delicious, and the portion was large and I was very full. I will stay here again next time

The hotel has some history, but the environment is still very good. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset at dusk, and the private bath is worth a try. One stay and two meals, the dinner is very rich and delicious.

The view from the room was amazing. Unfortunately it was cloudy, but I would like to go back on a sunny day. The food was delicious, and the sashimi was very fresh and amazing. The staff were also very kind, and I had a great holiday. Thank you 😊

It is a cost-effective hot spring hotel with inconvenient transportation and far away from the city, but it is no problem for self-drivers. There is a free parking lot, the environment is good, the hotel faces the sea, the sunset is beautiful, the food is of high quality, and the staff service is good.

The receptionist and other staff were very welcoming. The view from the open-air bath was also very relaxing. I was a bit concerned that the indirect lighting in the room was broken (the frame had come off). The food was also very delicious. The sashimi was great, of course, but the sea bream rice was also amazing. I'm grateful for the rice balls I couldn't finish. The staff during the meal were wonderful. Thank you very much.

A very pleasant surprise, with a superb seaside back garden, rich and delicious dinner, large rooms, and very close to the pier for watching dolphins. The hotel is right outside the bus to and from Kumamoto and Mikado
