いつも丁寧な接客とキレイな部屋を提供頂きありがとうございます。朝食時、少し食事こぼしてしまったのですが、ホテル方がすぐに気づいてくださり気持ちよく食事続ける事が出来ました。本当に気持ちの良いご対応ありがとうございました。

駐車場が少なく場所も分かりづらい。
公共の駐車場を使用した場合も宿泊に料金込にして欲しい。
近くの飲食店がほとんど営業していなかったので、ホテルの中に飲食店があると良い。

There are few parking lots and it is difficult to find the location.
I wish the public parking lot would be included in the price of my stay.
There were hardly any restaurants nearby, so it would be nice if there was one inside the hotel.

今回２回目となります。釜石駅から徒歩30秒、とても便利です。大浴場は普通でした。サウナがあれば良かったのですが。朝食は美味しかったです。

Located next to Kamaishi Station, convenient location. I visited by car, but I was able to use the nearby parking lot for 24 hours 500 yen. The staff is also very helpful. The room is clean and has amenities. There was also a large bath and I was able to heal the fatigue of the trip. However, there are few places to eat dinner nearby, so you need to drive or take a taxi to a little far away. Still, I was able to spend comfortably here. I would like to use it again.

Hotel location is very good, very close to the station, the room is very large, it is set with the room room, there is an open-air hot spring on the top floor of the hotel, very good, very comfortable, Kamaishi is a good seaside city for deep tour, Residence, this hotel is super recommended.

There are few hotels around here and I am grateful. The room is a spacious type. The breakfast was also good with the neat thing that the local 々 made properly.
