Staying at Illira was one of the best experience. The staffs was incredibly kind and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast menu was vary and the taste is quite good. But at the top of all that was the hotel view, it was Bali straits and mount Ijen, incredible😍😍 thank you Illira

Good stay a little further south of the ferry terminal to Bali. Has restaurant, terrace with rooftop bar, gym and pool

The hotel is clean and the view from my room is beautiful. If only the hotel can provide iron and iron board in every room.

Nice services by the staff. Spacious and clean room, got a free upgrade for honeymooners. Food is nice, with great view of Bali.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Illira hotel. At night you can see a beautiful skyline. Friendly, prifessional staff. Above all the foodt was various, healthy and delicious.

Everything was ok, nice staff, good location and nice food.

Good location halfway between the port/train station and the centre of Banyuwangi, however, if you arrive on the ferry like us Grab taxi drivers won't pick up from this area, we had to walk 200-300 metres from the port to meet our driver. Hotel is new, well-designed, very clean, with nice pool, gym, top floor lounge & bar. Room and bed were huge, very comfortable, with views towards Bali, and we enjoyed our two-night stay very much. Staff were charming and professional, we particularly appreciated Moza (I think that was her name, apologies if not correct) who checked us in & out, and also arranged the Ijen Crater tour for us including the medical check with a local doctor. Another young lady at reception also helped us book train tickets for our onward journey to Probolinggo using the tiket app. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of freshly cooked western and asian options, however, food at other times was average such as the salad & pizza in the photographs, and drinks in the lounge bar very expensive. We recommend taking a short taxi ride to the small restaurants on the coast near the fish market where you can get excellent fresh fish grilled for the same price as the hotel pizza, with a better atmosphere and local colour. We would definitely stay here again, an excellent hotel, great value for money including the breakfast, and we also appreciated the filtered water dispensers on every floor that removed the need for plastic bottles in the room - why don't more hotels offer such a simple way of reducing plastic? Highly recommend.

Had the most amazing experience. They gave us so many complimentary services like afternoon tea and dinner. The staff was beyond lovely, especially Selvi. The pool is beautiful and quiet. The breakfast has many great options. Overall a fantastic experience ❤❤❤

I made a reservation from Bali, arrived at the port, and the port is closed, wrote that I could not get there, and it was not my fault, I ask for a refund, they did not return it!

Big room ... traditional dance and live music performance on Saturday night ...
