Very nice hotel just a few minutes drive from JR Kagoshima station. Wonderful and smartly designed room. Convenient light breakfast could enjoy in the room. What a surprise of having a two-in-one washing machine in the bathroom.

Clean room, nice beddings and good space appreciated. Hospitality and service was minimal to non existent and breakfast was outright poor. Which hotel in the world would give hotdogs (occupying two choices out of three) to guests as breakfast (not free). The other option is the unappetising granola yoghurt, or in takeaway boxes. Overall, I think there was the property was overpriced and remember not to choose the breakfast option!

The hotel was simple and clean and the location was in between 2 major hubs in the city.

Everything is good except zero room service for the entire stay

Hv washing machine, oven, two separate toilet, and its big and clean. The view of the hotel is brilliant too with sunset and city view. The staff is nice too, helped us to keep the luggage when checkin time not yet reached and carry it to our room when we are not in the hotel

We reserved a family room!!! Highly recommended for families with 4 people or more!!!

This time I came to play and chose two hotels in Kagoshima and two hotels in Tokyo. This hotel is definitely the best among the four. First of all, the location is very good. It is right between Kagoshima Central Station and Tenmonkan-dori. We dragged our luggage from Kagoshima Central Station and walked and played with the elderly and children. It took only more than 10 minutes. After that, we strolled around the river and walked to the planetarium to find food, which was a few minutes away. The room is opened by password and QR code, so it is very convenient to go out without a room card. The layout of the room is also reasonable, with a large activity space. There are microwave ovens, bowls, plates, kitchen knives and other utensils. We buy a lot of fruits from the nearby supermarket every day and wash and cut them to eat. The best thing is that the washing machine is a washing and drying machine. Put the clothes in and they will be warm and ready to wear when they come out. Who doesn't love this? The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and it is very quiet at night. The air conditioner is not noisy (the air conditioners in many hotels or homestays in Japan are relatively old, and there will be noise when they are turned on at night). There are three breakfast options, among which the chicken rice porridge is more Japanese, you can try it. The room trash was cleaned up every day, and when we moved to the next hotel, the front desk even helped us call a taxi (I installed GO and Uber, two taxi apps, in advance, but they both said there were no cars nearby, so I had to ask the front desk for help)
