No parking space and need to use commercial carpark outside hotel. Expect minimal service from staff. Wrong booking record on the number of breakfasts. Wifi not working. We booked a large room with a view of Sakurajima. There was a pot for cooking and a washing machine with drying function. Across the park next to the hotel, there is a supermarket where local residents buy vegetables. There is a lot of meat in it and the price is not expensive. We decided to buy some and fry it in the room. The hotel provides clean towels and empties the trash can every day. There is no other cleaning, but there is a small vacuum cleaner in the room. The disadvantage is that there is a smell of newly renovated materials in the corridor, and there is another strange smell in the room, but it can't be smelled after staying for a long time. In addition, the hygiene is relatively ordinary, and there is dust on the table. There are parking lots around, and the price is expensive. One night, it was charged 2200yan, and I changed to another parking lot next door, which was 1400yan. I didn't understand what the charging standard was. Some people don't accept the new version of 1000yan, but fortunately a local grandfather who passed by helped us change the money.

The room is comfortable. I stayed in a twin room with two large beds. But I asked for a high floor. I was only shown a low floor. No one cleaned the room after I checked in. The location is impeccable. There is an open-air paid parking lot opposite, a convenience store on the corner, a supermarket at the diagonal corner of the park, and it is only a 5-minute walk to the planetarium and large shopping malls. Shopping and eating are definitely not a problem. The hotel has self-check-in, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and you can see Sakurajima volcano.

The hotel is good overall! The location is also OK, it takes about six or seven minutes to walk to the planetarium, which is quite convenient! But the breakfast is too simple and monotonous, and those with big appetites may not be full and need to go out to eat more. I will still consider this hotel next time I come to Kagoshima!

After decades of business trips, this was the first time we encountered an alarm in the middle of the night. We hurriedly dressed and went down the fire escape stairs, but the stairs were full of people and we couldn't go down at all. After a while, we heard from other guests that it was a false alarm of the fire, and it was okay, so everyone went back to their rooms one after another. After that, we heard deafening music in the room, and it was already past 12 o'clock at night. After a while, the hotel staff knocked on the door to explain the false alarm of the fire, apologized, and asked where the music came from. They said that the restaurant on the 13th floor (the building is on the 13th floor) was holding an event, and it would end in ten minutes. Then I remembered that there were all kinds of signs and music in front of the building in the afternoon, but we didn't pay attention to it because we went out to play. The music lasted for a long time, and we really couldn't fall asleep, so we went to the 13th floor to protest, and waited until 1:30 in the morning, when the event ended, before we could go back to the room to rest. I really can't understand why a hotel with less than 10 rooms on one floor would accept an event that lasted until midnight. Isn't the purpose of a hotel to provide guests with a comfortable and quiet resting space? Although the service staff in the store kept bowing and apologizing with an extremely sincere attitude, it was unable to reverse the impact.

I stayed here because I was attracted by the photos and said I could see Sakurajima. It's a pity that I can only stay on the third floor and can't see anything.
