We usually go on holiday twice per year. Did have an experience for a 4-star hotel around Europe. I will give 3 stars, no more. Most of the make us stressed is a stuff, most of them not speaking English, or very poor knowledge, if you want explain something, nobody will understand. Some stuff, especially male, is very rude. Very dirty facilities, toilets, around swimming pool, smells so bad. It wasn't pleasant at all. Our room wasn't too bad, but cleaning is not cleaning at all! We need to ask for everything, change towels, change bedding, and even ask for toilet paper. Very poor communication between stuff. If you want to go here with your family, or even with your partner, avoid this place. Service here for 2 stars hotel. No nice music, only club music, tourists here who love to drink and use some *****.

I booked this with love holiday and arrived at 4am got told that I can't get my room until 11am then it went back to 12 then to 2pm which is 10hours sitting in the lobby with suitcase and lack of sleep this is not holiday this was torture do not book unfriendly staff rude people specially Russian lady at reception wasn't nice at all she gave dirty looks and when we sat waiting she continuesly laughed at us and was messing around in reception and not checking on us at all we waiting 10hrs for absolutely nothing worse holiday spend £600 pp and was a complete shame

I'll start right away with the main thing. This is not a quiet family hotel, you won't be able to get enough sleep or enjoy the peace there. This is a real party place where alcohol flows 24/7 and 99% of the guests are young people. It's very cool and fun here! In order: the hotel is located far from the sea (2-3 minutes by free shuttle from the hotel, departing every hour). Those who only go to the beach should not come here. There are no mattresses on the sun loungers, the sand is not snow-white, the sea is a bit muddy. In May the bar was not open on the beach. But there is an awesome hammam at sea. If necessary, the guys pick up from the hotel, the price is a gift, only $25. The price includes a sauna, hammam, salt cave, scrubbing, foam massage, oil massage, mask, fish peeling + transfer from/to the hotel. The work is professional and the service is at the highest level. Welcome to Mustafa @Muci071 Rooms in a 4* hotel. There are no golden toilets or “expensive-rich” rooms. Well, or I don’t know about it, that’s not what I’m going for. The food at Amon is excellent: fish for lunch and dinner every day, 5-6 types of meat, vegetables and fruits in huge quantities. Everything is fresh and tasty. Alcohol (gin, vodka, wine, champagne) is local, beer is delicious. For those who are demanding, Migros is nearby, no problem. The bartenders are all efficient, smiling and prepare delicious cocktails. Swimming pools: there are two of them, one is as noisy as possible with animation of awesome beauties, go-go. The second one relax a little. Swimming in the pool is possible 24/7. Nightclub: perfect, open air with professional equipment and excellent DJs. I highly recommend the hotel, you will definitely have a blast there.
