Gir lions paw resort with swimming pool is indeed a great place to stay as it's just 4 km from sasan gir forest safari and food quality is extremely good and tasty. Staff is extremely supportive.

Good location, v. near bus and train station, short walk to assorted meat and non-meat food. My room was big with a table and chair, shower was generally hot WIFI both good and bad,? No breakfast available when I asked. Staff were all really friendly and tried hard even with my non-existent Gujerati, and allowed a v. early check in. I was on the 4th floor but didn’t care as there is a working lift Unfortunately there were a few negatives, the room got v.hot during the day way beyond the cooling capacity of the fan. You can see how it was when it was initially painted and furnished, but those days are long gone, it needs a substantial facelift,? Nylon sheets! Also the bedding would have been appreciated more by something with 4 legs rather than 2 and was not used.All of these may have been acceptable but 1350 INR when I have stayed in many much better places for a lot less money. I stayed 2 nights and if you need to catch an early bus consider.I note hotel/guest house prices in Gujerat seem a bit dearer than Rajasthan though I may be mistaken and food seems cheaper.

If you came to junagadh for job or leisure you definitely and without any doubt came here. The Staff and Management has absolutely make the difference of my stay. I want to say to Hotel Managemebt that 2 here you have 2 fundamental person that make the Difference and upgrade the overall experience. I had the smoothest Check in I can remember after many any times in India. MR PARVES has been smart in understanding my needs, professional, quick and super helpfull. Very good English that relax me a lot! the General MANAGER MR. IMRAM Razzak has been super professional, with the great capacity to make me feel like at home. Super Helpfull and well informed about the city that helps me to easely organise my visit. A Person like this I can guaranty it make the big big difference and it is precious for the organization. Also I directly see he has created a pleasent Atmosphere and an organized staff...moreover than a perfect English. I va say only a great thank you indeed for making my stay so nice and confortable. The rooms are spacious, airy, super clean shower works very well and all amenities are there. I loved the desk space and the Lightning system of the Room. A super confortable bed with immaculate bed sheets. Also the corridors and stairs are clean that is very not common in India. Thanks and come back for sure. M

Byke Suraj Junagadh is a Ted far from Girnar Ropeway but distance is acceptable. Staff although helpful feel untrained and miss that professional touch. Rooms are functional for a nights stay. Restaurant food was tasty for lunch, dinner and breakfast too. Spread was small bt everything was tasty. Housekeeping staff was courteous, efficient and never said no to any of our requests. Finally if one has kids then this hotel makes a good fit as this hotel is connected to a mall with theater and play area and is also besides a small theme park which kept our kids engaged for a few hours. If I am visiting Junagadh with kids then I will stay here again, if am travelling without kids then I may look for other options.
