Greated with a warm welcome. No lift incase u have big luggage, bed condition was loop sided. I could sleep and slept on the floor during winter. Next day uncharged help me replace bed. We always shower late, we wasn't informed that hot water will cut off after 10pm. Both of us have to shower cold water in winter. Bad start for us. Upon check in we were shock to see 100 percent transparent glass door for toilet and shower. We get them to help us with trash bag pasting on the glass. The only good thing about this hotel is friendly and helpful. However I still hope they can improve by taking initiative to get things done up to foreigner basic standard were be a plus

Perfect stay for travellers who are short on time. Just 15min walk to park entry and in the middle of restaurants and stores. The host is very helpful and prepared. She told us directly how we should visit the park, what we can manage in time and got an English map. That was absolutely great! Even helped us with booking a bus to next train station etc Room is clean and good size, the shower is separated from toilet! Good when you are two people ;) We loved to stay there:)

The hotel is located near Jiuzhaigou, about a 15-minute walking. The staff were very helpful, but I found my room was dirty. The kettle had limescale in it, and since it was very cold, I hesitated to boil water for a warm drink. The toilet was not very clean either; I noticed some stains. The towels provided were small paper, which were not very convenient. Also, there was no elevator.

Great service, provided a lot of helpful information about Jiuzhaigou and helped arrange our transportation itinerary for the day after.
