地暖+空调+智能马桶 It is a wonderful family trip (2 adult + 2 kids) to stay in this hotel. The hotel was run by a young couple, brand launched in 2023, with very new and smart facilities. Service: both the boss and the staff are very friendly and helpful, I felt like stay at home. The boss picked us from the main road when the day we arrived the tourist bus station. Also helped us arrange the taxi to bus station in the very earlier morning. Very warm heart boss. Environment: the room is clean and well maintain. Plus the hotel is not face main road, it is very quiet to sleep in the night time. There is a small garden within hotel, guest can hang out during the night time. Restaurant: just outside of the hotel, there are many good choose of restaurants, suitable for the family with kids who don’t want walk too far for meal. Floor Heating In the Room: Now it is winter time in jiuzhaigou, the outside is super cold, but the hotel provides all day indoor floor heating to keep the room warm and comfortable to stay. Hot water Supply: very strong water supply, can relieve the tire during the travel. Add on, my kids like hotel shampoo, smell so good. Strong recommend to stay here and will invite more Malaysia friends to stay.

This hotel is very good in the scenic area. Both the hotel environment and the room hygiene are good. Especially in the evening, the service staff took me to experience the local Guozhuang dance, which made us forget the fatigue of the day's journey. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

I went to Jiuzhaigou a long time ago. My husband wanted to go because he hadn't been there. Actually, I didn't want to go. When I searched for hotels, I suddenly found the secret of the hills. I was attracted by the beautiful scenery when I clicked in. The first reaction in my head was to live in the clouds. I immediately asked my husband to have a look. Well, there was such a feeling, so we embarked on our journey. After seeing Jiuzhaigou, we didn't arrive at the hotel until the next night. The housekeeper came down the mountain to pick us up. It was very nice and enthusiastic. When the car drove up, you would find that there were many bends. We lived at the top of the mountain. It was really living in the clouds. The soup pot for dinner was delicious, and so was breakfast. Now I still miss the white porridge that night. How could it be so fragrant! The housekeeper took us to the room, took our luggage for us, and enthusiastically introduced the layout of the room. I like it. The mountain spring water in the glass bottle, wow, I like it so much, comfortable mattress and pillow, a good night's sleep. The next morning, we couldn't wait to look out through the curtains. There was a thick white fog, coming from far away. Slowly, the surrounding rooms were looming. After breakfast, the fog dissipated. After the sun came out, the sky was blue, and light music was playing. At that moment, it felt like time had stopped. Between heaven and earth, between nature, you can be intoxicated and relax your body and mind. Unfortunately, the time was too short in a hurry. I was too reluctant to leave, so I discussed with my husband that I would stay a few more days next time and not go anywhere. Finally, I would like to thank the hotel housekeepers for their good service and comfort☺️

The room is very clean, much better than when I came to Jiuzhaigou ten years ago, comparable to the five-star hotel at that time. The location is the most important criterion for me to choose, convenient! The price is also reasonable, recommended, very good

The room was clean and spacious with windows. The staff provided good service. I called before I arrived and asked if I needed to be picked up. After I got off the bus, they also provided free pick-up service. When I left, they also sent me to the bus boarding point. It was really good. The breakfast in the morning was also very rich. After the meal, they sent me to the entrance of the scenic spot. The only thing was that the entrance was controlled in the afternoon, so I needed to take a taxi back to the hotel. There are many solid wood wardrobes, desks, and shelves that many express hotels do not have or simplify. The hot water is normal, which is very important. The most feared thing when going out for washing is that it is hot and cold or there is no hot water. The overall size and decoration of the room are better than those of economic hotels in the same area. There are also many tour groups staying here. The front desk is patient, enthusiastic, attentive, and responsive, making people feel at home. The hotel has a special car to take you to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, so you don't have to take a taxi yourself. The driver is professional and enthusiastic!

According to locals, it is the best hotel in the area. Because it also undertakes official tasks, there are very few rooms open to the public. The environment is quiet. If you stay in the starry sky room, you can really see the stars at night.

The hotel's front desk manager, Xiao Luo, is great, warm and thoughtful, and has the qualities that a star hotel should have. The hotel rooms and breakfast are very good. The service of other departments is a bit lame. It feels that the catering department and the reservation department are separate and unfamiliar with each other. The two departments transfer the phone back and forth for one question. It is recommended not to put quail eggs in the special barbecue meal. When we grilled it, it exploded and spread everywhere. It was very hot and stained the skin, which was a bit dangerous. In the evening, we found the first floor with our own fruits and asked for help to cut them. There was no one for a long time. One person has to check out, prepare dishes, and deal with various problems of guests. It's really too busy. It was still off-season when I went there. The National Day peak season is coming soon. The hotel can do more training for employees. Come on!
