We had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time. It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review. Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China). They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer. Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful! As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration. If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice.

I came to Jinzhou, Liaoning specifically for the Fengguo Temple in Yi County. In fact, it is really worth it. The hotel is also very good, very large, spacious and smart. The TV can cast the screen, and the toilet is gravity-sensing. It is right next to Jinzhou Station and the bus station is across the road. I came from Jinzhou South Station and took bus 205, which went directly there in less than 30 minutes. Living here is very convenient whether by train or by car. It is very practical for me to go to Yi County. By the way, I flew back to Shanghai from Jinzhou. The hotel is a 5-6 minute walk along Yan'an Road and there is an airport bus. It costs 5 yuan per person, which is much more cost-effective than taking a taxi. It's really good!

It is close to the train station but not noisy. It is located in the center of the city and is very convenient for going anywhere. There is free parking, suitable for self-driving tours. The breakfast is very good. Children are free. The bedding is comfortable and the whole house is smart. The service makes people feel cordial and comfortable. There is also a small gift upon check-out. I will choose it again next time.

There is a faint fragrance as soon as you enter. The front desk brother is very nice and helped us check in. The room is very clean and tidy. My mother and daughter like it very much. Although it is close to the station, it is very quiet to sleep at night. It is also close to Linghe Night Market and can be reached on foot. There are also shopping malls. It is very convenient to live here. The bus to the Little Potala Palace can also be reached in 10 minutes on foot. There are many types of breakfast, as well as plates for children. Milk, soy milk, coffee, yogurt are also complete, as well as Jinzhou-style roast chicken and sausages. The breakfasts on both days are different. There were fruits every afternoon, free cola and mineral water in the room refrigerator. The customer service was considerate enough to put the shoes on the bench at the door when they saw that no one was in the room. We stayed for two days including Saturday. When we came back from the night market at night, there was a girl singing on the first floor of the hotel. It was very pleasant to listen to her for a while. We checked out at 2 pm, but because we had a 5 pm train, we delayed the check-out to 4 pm, but the front desk guy said it was not cost-effective, so we left our things in the hotel and gave us a souvenir. We were very satisfied. My daughter said that she would definitely stay at Manxin Hotel next time she had the chance, as she didn't stay long enough. Thanks to the customer service and the front desk guy for their considerate service over the past two days. We will come again next time we have the chance.

The location is very easy to find, and the supporting facilities are complete. There were performances at night when I stayed there. I went to the night market to wash clothes, drank coffee and listened to songs. It was really nice. There were some minor incidents, but the service brother handled it patiently. I was really satisfied.

The location is great, right next to Jinzhou Station and only about 1 km away from Linghe Night Market, which is just a short walk away. Booked in advance, upgraded after check-in, very clean, large room.
