We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. They contacted us ahead of time to confirm our stay and arrange transportation to the hotel. They were available via WeChat at any time and quickly fulfilled any requests we had. The hotel was very quiet and away from The busyness of the city center while still being easily accessible. The room was very clean and comfortable and they offered complimentary warm milk each evening as well as a fruit tray one evening and ginger tea on a cold day. Driver Wang helped us arrange our day activities and drove us anywhere we wanted to go for a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in XiShuangBanna.

I had a delightful stay at the Wanda Vista Resort Xishuangbanna, and can highly recommend the hotel for both luxury and a relaxing unique experience. A place that has something wonderful for everyone. A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. The staff were particularly helpful in meeting my needs and ensuring a great stay. I would especially like to thank Martin Gan. He provided an excellent service, He was very helpful and diligent and is a true credit to the Hotel.

We could not say enough nice things about this hotel. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing 10 days which was just what was required after a busy semester at work. The two young ladies and one young man at the front desk were extremely helpful and kind (I only know two of their names, Xiao Luo and Xiao Xiang). They were not over bearing and in our faces ever. They were able to help us with every request we asked for when we wanted or needed something. Having a language barrier was never a problem and they were so attentive to our needs via wechat. They were prepared to help with a driver to any sightseeing you wanted to do. There’s great restaurants and things to see and do within walking distance of the hotel too. The cleaning staff were very pleasant from the lady around the pool to the lady cleaning our room. Breakfast had two options, noodles or rice congee, it was always served with a great number of side dishes, more than enough choice from cereal, eggs, bread, as well as milk, a number of freshly prepared vegetables. Due to the great breakfast we rarely ate lunch. You just didn’t need to. We rescued a dog while in Xishuangbanna which the reception staff were really helpful with some of the things we needed to do with the dog! We have stayed in many hotels around the world and Lying Cloud was definitely a highlight. Great location, clean and modern room with good amenities, wonderful front desk staff, clean and well maintained pool and outdoor area at a very, very reasonable price. This hotel came recommended to us via a colleague and we would highly recommend it to other foreigners and Chinese friends too!

It is more like a boutique hotel. The rooms are quite clean and spacious. The staff was helpful all the time, although the pool was not clean as I would expect, also no western breakfast aside from the toast with butter and jam, and no proper latte or cappuccino. I was unfortunate for having the workers next to my room, because they were building another hotel. But once their duty was over, it was quite silent and calm. It is close to the night market, just 15-20 minutes waking distance and 10 minutes away to the theater. There are several options around for food, tourist agencies and spas. Overall, I had a nice stay!

Yisen Hotel is a quiet one in Gaozhuang, only 100 meters away from the Star Night Market! ! 🥰 The decoration style of the whole hotel is fresh and simple. Walking into the gate is like walking into the lush forest. There is a big swimming pool. In the evening, I take pictures in the swimming pool. It is very beautiful. The small platform in the middle of the pool is also very popular~ 🪄 The front desk brother of the hotel is very polite and will send fruit to the room. There is also a special person to take us to the room because we are leaving the room in the early morning. The hotel's 24-hour front desk is all on duty, very safe and intimate! ❤️🔥 What I was most surprised about was the design of the hotel room. The room I booked was equipped with a small balcony and a small window sill where you can drink tea. Sitting on the window sill, drinking tea, reading a book, leisurely and comfortable 🤣 A hotel with convenient transportation and high decoration style ✨ cost-effective, sisters who recommend tourism can refer to it~

Very good location, staff are friendly. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast is delicious. Provide free airport pick up. Airport drop off cost 100 RMB, which is very good deal, as we have 7 people and 8 luggages with several backpacks. We hired the driver Mr.Yang who picked us up from the airport for some day trips, which saved us lots of traffic time. Room service was completed everyday stocking all our daily wants and needs. We ended up with a room with a real great view that looks over the river too! Wonderful experience!
