This hotel is so incredibly photogenic ✨ Such a hidden gem we checked into during our trip to Banna! Every casual snap looks like a high-end magazine cover 📸 For just over a hundred yuan per person, we got to stay in a vintage manor straight out of a TV drama! There are just too many hotels in Gaozhuang 🤨 Afraid of running into a bad one, I did an insane amount of research and finally went with this local friend's recommendation: 📍 Nanman Hotel. The stay was super cozy ⭐⭐ There are also plenty of room types available, perfectly suited for family trips, couples, or getaways with besties ~ 📌 The best part is how amazing it is for photos! This is my second time in Xishuangbanna, and I've always stayed in Gaozhuang. I've been to a few hotels, and this one is the best by far, highly recommended! First, the hotel is very new, with great facilities, and the towels and sheets are very clean. Second, the decor has a lovely French flair, making it incredibly photogenic. The hotel's greenery is perfect for pictures; I even had a photoshoot there, and the results were stunning. Third, the hotel isn't huge, but access is very convenient. Fourth, the location is excellent; it's only a few hundred meters walk to the Starlight Night Market and 900 meters to the Tourist Center. I really love it! 💕

Loved this hotel! It features a blend of Nanyang French and Dai styles, and the black-and-white minimalist decor is stunning—the public areas are super photogenic 📸. The rooms are spacious and grand, and it's close to both the Shwedagon Pagoda (Grand Pagoda) and Starlight Night Market. It's quiet, comfortable, and a fantastic place to stay when visiting Xishuangbanna 👍

The room is spacious and gives a great sense of openness. We did a lot of walking exploring during the day, so coming back to soak in the hot spring tub in the room was a wonderful way to relieve the fatigue. The hotel breakfast has a pretty good variety, and there is a 24-hour self-service snack area where the flower pastries are quite delicious. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, proactively helping with luggage during both check-in and check-out. The package includes airport pick-up and drop-off services, plus complimentary access to the sauna and steam room. It's also a great spot for taking photos, and they even offer a free travel photography session—a truly fantastic experience.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a staff member immediately helped us with our luggage and showed us the way. We were instantly captivated by the stunning black and white carved corridor upon entering; every detail was beautiful, and there was also a lovely swimming pool. Our room was comfortable, cozy, and elegant. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel is very close to the Night Bazaar, just a few hundred meters walk, which was very convenient.

Exceeded expectations! First off, I really loved the hotel's style – it's minimalist, yet leans towards a European aesthetic. The room was exceptionally spacious, with a separate wet and dry area, and even a bathtub. The overall lighting in the hotel was very soft and pleasant. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the entire hotel had a fantastic ambiance and sense of style. The service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again!

I was drawn to the French style of this hotel, and after browsing many options on Trip.com, I chose this one. Let's start with the pros: the location is excellent, right opposite Peacock Pagoda, and it's a short walk to the Grand Golden Pagoda in Jinghong City. The hotel has a French aesthetic, and we booked a duplex suite, which was very spacious for our family of three adults and two children. The room has a large bathtub for soaking, and the soundproofing is good, so it was quiet at night. There's also a laundry room, which was convenient for washing and drying clothes daily. The hotel even offered a complimentary airport pick-up and three photo shoot sessions. Overall, our stay was quite good. Now for the cons: the only drawback of the duplex suite is having just one bathroom. If someone upstairs needs to use the restroom in the middle of the night, they have to creak down the stairs. As for the price, it was just average; during the National Day holiday, it surged to over 1,000 yuan per room. However, prices were increasing throughout Xishuangbanna, so there wasn't much we could do about it.

The hotel service was excellent, very attentive and dedicated. They confirmed our needs and accommodated them the day before, so we had a very pleasant stay. The room was also very clean and tidy, with a consistent South African-themed decor. It's super close to the night market! So, everything was great, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Banna.
