The lady checked in at 20:38 on the evening of January 29, 2025, entered the room at 20:42, and came to the front desk at 20:53 to request a check-out and refund. (All of the above can provide surveillance evidence) 1. Now I would like to ask this lady, what kind of house is not considered a private house? Office building? 2. The service is average because they didn’t agree to refund your money, so the service is average, right? If you were not satisfied with the room, why didn't you come down and ask to check out immediately? Furthermore, if you want to cancel an order around 9 o'clock in the evening, you will definitely be charged, it’s the same for everyone. Besides, your family stayed in the room for half an hour, and we will have to clean it again if you check out. 3. The TV is small. We didn’t seem to hear that there are giant screens in the guest rooms? 4. We have never been provided with breakfast, and it is normal not to have breakfast. 5. We usually sell this room type for more than 200 yuan, but during the Spring Festival, we are selling it for more than 400 yuan, which doesn’t seem like the price has increased much, right? When you go out to work during the Spring Festival, don’t you also ask for triple the salary? Why are you allowed to make money but I'm not?
