First time being in Grand New Century Hotel. Started with warm welcoming at the front desk with Ms Wang(王翠); staffs here kind are helpful, certainly meet five star hotel standard . Room are quite and clean with open view . Gym open from 06:30 till 22:00 . Good to have some exercise before bed . Over all I had a great night here, would return for sure.

Bad reviews for 4/5. The lady in black uniform at the breakfast ticket check post at 9:30 in the morning was really disgusting. I'm not sure if it was her personal behavior or the hotel trained her like this. I have already complained. - Breakfast, except for the very unpleasant and incredible experience. There may be a lot of people on holidays, and most of the dishes are empty after 9:30. - Checkin The front desk attitude is very good - The room is also satisfactory overall. It's just that the water temperature for showering at night is not ideal and is cold. The water temperature is obviously more suitable the next morning. In addition, there is no spare small portion of toiletries, which is a bit embarrassing for families to wash. - Swimming pool, there are more families with children. The staff are more enthusiastic and inflate lifebuoys. The water temperature and room temperature are still a bit low. The experience of breakfast made me have a bad impression of this hotel. The lady at the front desk who checked in at night was very nice and got a free room upgrade. Because Ctrip check-in provides children's toiletries and check-in fruits. The room is large and the floor is high. It's a very comfortable stay. Any problems will be solved promptly The breakfast buffet on the 25th floor is particularly great. The breakfast is rich. The service awareness of the waiters is great. The dishes are closed in a timely manner. There are many Shanghainese around. Many elderly people recognize it very much. The must-visit places during daytime search are all nearby. The location is amazing and there are many places to eat.
