"The hotel is in a great location with a beautiful night view. Opposite the Ferris wheel, there is a park next to it where children can play in the sand and slide. There is a large square, food street, commercial complex, and an oceanarium next to it. It is not far from every attraction. It is really good. It is the first choice for taking children out."

"During my trip to Jiaxing, I had the honor of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Jiaxing. This experience impressed me deeply and I felt that the trip was worthwhile. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm and friendly staff left a deep first impression on me. They were filled with sincere smiles and greeted every guest cordially, making people feel the warmth of home instantly. The hotel's guest rooms are exquisitely and elegantly decorated, spacious and bright. The beds are soft and comfortable, as if you are in the clouds, allowing you to have a good night's sleep. The hotel's catering is even more commendable. "We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon."

"The hotel is in a great location and convenient for travel. The shower adjustment in the bathroom is very user-friendly, and it is convenient for both the elderly and children to adapt. Personally, I feel that Orange Crystal is better than Atour where I stayed before."

"Recommended by a friend, the experience was very good. The underground parking lot is very large. When checking in, the front desk carefully informed the room of the network password and the location of supplies. The room is spacious, with a small tea table, tea set, desk, and sofa. I like it very much. It's very cozy. The bed is very comfortable and soft, and I feel safe when I fall asleep, just like at home. "The hotel is located in the city, with convenient parking and a beautiful lobby. When I checked in, they helped me upgrade my room type. The room has automatic curtains, which is very practical. The mattress is also very comfortable, but there are some small details. The shower joint leaks, the clothesline cannot be locked, and there are hairs on the bath towel (it looks clean, but maybe the hair was not removed during washing), but I asked the waiter to replace it. The breakfast is also very good. Overall, it is a good hotel. I hope that the details are well done. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance."
