寵物友好酒店，但寵物不能進餐廳，餐廳挺大的，建議酒店方既然有這個定義，為何不劃一塊區域出來，如若擔心驚擾其他客人可以提供一些狗狗餐食讓用完膳的客人帶回酒店房間，能增加客人和酒店粘合度。設施：空調開與不開是一樣的，應該是關了，出風口是沒有風量的，體驗感極差。其次枕頭很不舒服，偏軟，一晚沒睡好。另外衞生間有排風開關居然沒有風口，匪夷所思，這個開關意義在哪？環境：非常大氣，地下車庫停車位巨多。臨湖，風景不錯，但酒店後方綠化無人管理修整，東區未開放，顯得很落魄。環湖其實轉一圈很不錯的酒店後面沿湖可以走到一個景點，紅杉林和楓葉相得益彰，可惜酒店無指路介紹全靠自己摸索。建議酒店可設一些徒步路線增加趣味性，也可以增加一些水上項目，不要浪費自身得天獨厚的優勢。服務：前台服務好，親和力＋
