Jiaxing Hotels with Bars

The location is close to Wanda and next to a stylish area JiuQuLi. The area has a variety of restaurants and shops. The service was helpful and fast. The check-in experience was fast and answered many questions. The rooms were clean, large with nice views of the city. There is a lounge area that a beautiful view of the city and complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

We booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival. The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek. During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved. Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area. Her service was prompt and professional. She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday. The check in process was efficient. We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty. She was friendly and welcoming. The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in. In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel. A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business. Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing. The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do. The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money). The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard. Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant. If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date). Compliments to the chef/s in this regard. Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant. Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around. As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back. Thank you again, Tina. We would also like to thank Gary, whom provided superb service and courtesy, during the Dinner service. I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard. Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available. We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic. We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel. See you soon.

The hotel’s environment is very pleasant, nice view out to lakes and service is excellent, I’m particularly thankful to Gavin who has been very helpful with my needs during my stay there. I’ve also had a meal at the Chinese restaurant and the food is delicious.

Service was good, friendly, facilities there seems to be plenty, good architecture design. Cons: non-smoking room smells like smoke continuosly, suggesting the aircon system is circulating smoke from somewhere. it's not squeaky clean Breakfast was pretty good. Nearby parks are nice to walk in.

Overall it's OK, the room price didn't increase during holidays, the price-performance ratio is high Facilities: Overall average, but the air conditioning doesn't work, no matter how you adjust it, it doesn't work, you can only turn it off Sanitation: OK, not too concerned Environment: The hotel is large overall, the lobby is really large, the surrounding environment is average, it's next to the elevated road, and the elevated road is being repaired outside Service: Overall good service, they will proactively inform you if there is construction and renovation, and the breakfast is also quite rich

The room was quite big, the meal for two in the set meal tasted good, and the quantity was large, not just for show. In addition, the service of Mr. Han, the assistant lobby manager, was also very enthusiastic; in short, the experience in all aspects was quite good.

酒店處在市中心，附近吃喝玩樂都很方便10分鐘就可以抵達。酒店服務員非常熱情，前台經理小喬，幫我安排合適家庭住的房間，孩子受到特別的關照，洗漱用品和拖鞋，還有玩具都安排好了。不需要擔心。房間佈置很古樸，科技感的設施少了點，但也體現出酒店的服務價值，大堂的顏色能看出二十世紀出的金碧輝煌，2天1夜的嘉興遊玩，下次還會選擇陽光雷迪森酒店

Very good. Very quiet during off-season. The hotel design is very nice. The garden villa room is very comfortable. The breakfast is also rich. I will consider staying here again next time.

服務很不錯，在景區大堂辦理入住，然後有電瓶車送到酒店，入住後會贈送歡迎水果，專屬管家會加微信，有需求響應都很及時。景區早晨的景色很不錯，入住一晚是值得的。房間的設計，設施都還可以，完美融入景區。唯一不足的是空調功率不太夠，開了大半天房間才稍微暖和，不太適合冬天入住。

Wuzhen is a very famous Internet celebrity homestay with good service and excellent location. It is located on a street in the scenic area. It is centrally located. It is convenient to go anywhere.
